All right,
So we are going to begin today.
But first,
Let's get into this comfortable position.
Make sure your sit bones are sitting right,
Your shoulders are relaxed.
Let's go ahead and put those hands on our laps.
Let's flip those palms over.
Let's bring that index finger to your thumb,
And let's begin to massage those two together.
Every time you take a deep breath,
To allow ourselves to feel that energy between the two fingers.
This allows you to feel that connection,
To pull yourself within,
And take yourself away from any distraction.
Now,
Let's add in a deep breath.
Breathing in for eight,
Holding for eight,
And releasing for eight.
So breath in,
Hold,
And release.
Each time you do this,
You should be feeling your shoulders relax and slump a little bit lower and lower.
Breath in,
And hold,
And release.
I want you to continue breathing at a nice,
Relaxed pace.
Listen to the sound of your breath.
Feel the expansion of your chest,
Your heart chakra,
Your abdomen and your core muscle getting tighter.
And let that breath go nice and slow.
Let it go.
Listen to the sound of your own heart,
Your own heart chakra,
As each breath comes and goes.
Believe that this very soft breath work can be a wonderful tool for you.
You can access it whenever you are ready.
It is always with you,
24 seven.
With this simple key here,
You can help to control your calmness,
Anger,
Hurt,
Tears.
You can release tears.
You can release your fears.
You can release your worries,
Your stresses,
All with a step back pause and a deep breath.
Let's go into the center of that third eye.
Let's feel it's movement.
Let's see it opening and closing.
And I want you to picture this beautiful,
Bright light.
This bright light is radiant,
Glowing.
It's loving.
Very compassionate,
Loving.
This crystal is huge.
It's sending out all this healing,
Beautiful light to welcome you.
See this light grow with our every breath.
Let's see it get brighter and brighter.
It's a huge quartz crystal that I'm seeing.
Beautiful healer stone.
Allow yourself to close your eyes,
Feel its energy.
Feel it pulsating through your body.
Feel it going through the earth and up into your feet.
Feel that beautiful glow in the energy coming in through your crown chakra.
You tend to keep a lot of worries,
Anxiety,
Hurt,
Anger,
Sorrow,
Up in our brains and in our heads.
And that's the first place I always love to go to begin that release.
The stuff is swimming around in there.
It's not attached to you.
It's not yours to keep.
So know that each deep breath you bring in,
You pick up something new.
You love it,
You embrace it,
You learn from it.
And let's take a deep breath in and release it.
None of it is yours anymore.
We don't need it.
Set our intentions to becoming very clear,
To increasing the clarity we have within our souls and our bodies and our minds' eyes,
Our hearts' eyes.
We're gonna let go of anything that holds us back,
Anything that wants us to hurt.
Let's let go of anything that's keeping you tethered to headaches or migraines.
Maybe some tension in the neck or the shoulders.
Breathe those stresses away.
Know that every breath you take,
You are releasing something that is no longer yours.
Deep breath in and just let that go.
The more that we release,
The more we see that huge crystal begins to spin.
Right now,
It's moving slowly.
We're gonna move our intentions downward to our throats where our anger,
Our stress,
Our anxiety,
Worries,
Things that we don't speak about,
Things that we don't want to speak about,
Things that we hold in.
When you don't speak of these things,
We call them our own,
We claim them.
They attach to us and become a part of us,
Part of our shadow.
So let's take another big,
Deep breath in.
Let's fill that throat chakra,
That heart chakra,
And release that breath.
This is the part I like to call the ready stage.
We're letting this area know what we are preparing to do.
We're breathing in.
Slowly,
We are prying its tight grip on our throats and we're letting go.
We blow it out deep.
We feel its grip within our throats,
Release,
Release.
We're feeling our throat chakra begin to fill back up with its energy,
With its faith and trust.
And let's continue to breathe until that area feels light and bright.
You may see the light get brighter.
You may see it flicker.
You may feel like you have to tear your throat.
It's very important to do the follow through on this.
Breathe in and release.
And breathe in and release.
With every breath in,
You're pulling up a layer that you no longer need.
And with every breath out,
You're letting it go to the universe.
My throat is feeling like it's unblocked,
Like I could finally speak my truths,
Let go of some hurts that I was holding on to.
And I feel like there's much more clarity in the words that I'll speak.
Take one more deep breath in and release.
We are going to really pay attention to this heart chakra.
This is where we tend to hold on to issues that are not even ours.
They may be our parents,
Our grandparents,
Our siblings.
They may be our spouses,
Our children's,
Grandchildren's,
But we tend to hold on to things that we don't want to hurt our families.
So let's take another big deep breath in.
Let's bring it right to that green,
That emerald green heart chakra.
Let's allow it to fill and hold that breath and let it go.
Once again,
Feeling those shoulders relax.
Feeling your neck is very light and bright.
It's not attaching to your shoulders.
It's not attaching to your heart area.
We're letting go of anything that feels like it may.
Family issues,
Issues with friends,
Including ourselves,
Issues with ourselves.
Maybe there's something that we can't forgive ourselves over.
Maybe there's something that we just can't forget and move on.
Search in your mind,
In your heart,
In your eyes of your heart.
Recognize what is not yours.
Take a deep breath and let it go.
Recognize if it is yours,
Whether it will serve you any purpose in your future,
And if it will serve you no purpose in the future,
Take that deep breath in.
Tell yourself it's time.
It's time to let go.
It's time to release.
See that beautiful crystal spinning faster and faster as you let go.
This area is one of the heaviest hit.
The one space that we can be sure to cram everything possible in,
Whether it's ours or not.
Whether it's good or not,
Old or new,
We hold on to it tightly here.
Keep taking those deep breaths in.
Keep revisiting this meditation until you begin to see that beautiful green and feel in your heart that you are expansive,
That there's so much more space left behind by releasing everything that is no longer serving you.
Most of the hurt we have at this time,
Most of the anger that we experience is that that is directed towards ourselves and we just don't recognize it.
So with that,
Let's take a deep breath and let's imagine that crystal is spinning and it's spinning and it's spinning and it's helping you to clear anything out in your heart chakra.
Let's feel the ease of the breath with every one you take in and you release.
Let's feel the calmness within each breath.
Allow yourself to feel the space that you have created.
Allow yourselves to just breathe.
Just be,
Be present in this moment.
Deep breath in.
Let's go to that lap area,
That root chakra.
A lot of people are having issues with this area.
It's feeling that you're not alone here.
It's feeling very heavy.
I feel like a lot of us are weighted down to our seats.
We weren't able to stand tall or stand strong.
We weren't able to talk or speak our truths.
We were being held into one place,
Into our seat.
So let's take a deep breath in and I want you to really feel the tightness in your lap and your piriformis muscles,
Your glutes.
Let's feel those muscles begin to soften,
To release,
To lessen its grip.
Let's go,
Let's let go of anything that may be making us feel like we have weighted boots on,
Like we just can't get up,
Can't stand.
Let's let this all go.
It's not ours.
And as you're breathing in and you're releasing,
You're feeling your body become very light,
Very clear.
Your breath work is easing.
You're not feeling all the stress and tension that was once there.
Let's go ahead and move down to our feet with that next breath in.
Breathing in and bringing that breath all the way down to the soles of our feet.
Let's go ahead and see those roots of our feet going into the earth.
Feel that crystal spinning faster and let go of that breath.
Continue taking very relaxed breaths in and out,
Each time gathering another piece of tension or stress,
Anything that may be making you feel like you are attached to one spot,
Like you can't take your own footsteps.
Like maybe you are lost in which direction to travel.
With your breath in,
Let's see clarity coming to our whole bodies.
We want to see,
Feel,
Experience,
Know.
The path that we are going,
What we've released,
What still remains.
Trust that the love that you feel and that will be pouring in for the next few days,
That love is self-love,
That love is your self-care.
That love is the universe for you,
For releasing everything that you no longer have to carry.
It's not yours,
It's not mine,
And I'm happy to let go of all that no longer serves me.
Let's take a deep breath and feel your posture get straighter and stronger.
Your back being straighter,
Becomes more aligned.
You're sitting more square.
You're not slouching,
You're not leaning.
You're not crooked in any way.
You're feeling no stress,
No tension.
There's nothing trying to pull it.
You are very paused and you are very relaxed.
You're feeling that release throughout your body,
From your head to your feet.
Let's take another deep breath in and hold it for that eight.
Breathing in for eight,
Hold for eight,
And release for eight.
And then,
There's something very magical about your breath work.
And any time that stress is present,
Worries creep up on you,
Which they often do.
Allow yourself to go somewhere quiet.
Take that eight count box breath.
Eight in,
Hold for eight,
Release for eight.
Three times and let it go.
It will help you get on a better note and it will help you embrace whatever is coming at you until you can take that pause and take that break.
So,
I'm hoping you all feel that love and that clarity for yourselves today and what you've done,
Committing to yourself.

Move those toes,
Move those knees,
Shoulders,
That neck,
Allow that neck.
You need to rotate that neck,
