Be In The Moment
For most of us, our presence and awareness is not in the moment. We are reflecting on or recalling past events, or worrying about potential future events; which can be a source of stress and anxiety. And, we miss out on the experience of the moment and fully being present in life. The one true thing we can experience is the present moment, and then the next, and the next. Life is a continuous series of moments. The past and future are just constructs in our minds.
