Welcome to this heart opening meditation.

Find a comfortable spot,

Seated with your back straight or lying down.

Slowly closing or lowering your eyes.

Dropping into your body,

Into this moment.

Feeling the support underneath you.

Just letting any tensions of the day just melt right out,

Melt right out.

Taking three long cleansing breaths in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

In through the nose,

And out through the mouth.

One more.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

You're going to be going on a journey today to your inner world.

Knowing that whatever comes up for you in this moment is perfect and exactly what you need.

I'd like for you to start by imagining a golden white light above your head.

Allowing this warm white light above your head to trickle into your crown,

The top of your head.

Traveling down to your third eye.

Continuing down to the throat,

Warming and cleansing as it goes.

Down into the heart.

Warm and cleansing.

Activating and aligning these beautiful energy centers.

Now I'd like for the warm white light to travel down to the solar plexus,

The place of your ribs,

Your powerhouse,

Your confidence.

Traveling down to your sacral,

Your stomach area.

Filling your whole body with warm white light as it continues to travel down,

Meeting at your root,

The base of your spine.

Activating and aligning all chakra centers.

The warm white light travels down your thighs,

Your calves,

Your feet.

And as it does so,

It pushes all energies that are not of your highest good down through the bottom of your feet into the earth.

And just taking a few deep breaths in this space,

Pulling up energy through the bottom of your feet.

Energy of vitality,

Relaxation,

Love,

And harmony.

And any other medicines that you need in this moment.

Breathing it up through the bottom of your feet.

Transmuting the energy down through your feet on the exhale in a cyclical motion,

Allowing the earth to transmute all energies.

You're entering into a very relaxed state.

Feeling peaceful and calm.

Nothing you need to do in this moment.

Just your breathing and your presence.

I'd now like for you to imagine a beautiful staircase with 10 steps.

You may imagine it ornate with crystals or golden,

Perhaps marble.

Or it may be more simple.

However you see it is perfect.

I'd now like for you to start going down these steps,

Becoming more and more relaxed with every step.

Taking the first step down.

Second step.

Breathing is getting slower and longer.

Taking the third step.

The fourth step,

Halfway down.

The fifth step,

More relaxation,

Feeling your body.

The sixth step.

Feeling more at peace.

Taking the seventh step.

The eighth step.

Almost there.

More and more relaxed.

The ninth step.

And the tenth,

Deeper relaxed.

As you come down the staircase.

I'd now like for you to imagine a beautiful windy road in front of you.

It might be a small path.

Might be paved or rubble.

Trusting what you receive.

Knowing if you don't see anything,

It's perfectly okay as well.

Just feeling the energy of relaxation and self-honoring as you take this time for yourself.

We're now going to go down this beautiful path.

Feeling the warmth of the sun.

The fresh air.

Soaking it into your system.

I'd now like for you to enter into a garden.

You see a gate in front of the garden.

Entering into the sacred space,

Your sacred space,

Where you're protected and you're safe.

And in this exploration of your sacred space,

I'd like for you to imagine,

To ask your heart,

What does my heart want and need in this moment?

Allow any images to come.

Any feelings.

It might surprise you.

Or you might know exactly what your heart wants.

You're just taking a moment to ask the heart,

Moving from the conscious brain into a different center where our inner compass is.

And as you ask what your heart wants,

I'd like for you to picture your heart.

What color is it?

How does it feel?

In this moment,

Is it full and bright?

Slow and tired?

Just observing.

And in this moment,

I'd like for you to place your hands on this heart in front of you.

And with this,

In doing so,

Channeling love,

Appreciation for all that your heart has done for you.

Love is pouring into any cracks and crevices,

Any past hurts,

Past wounds.

And allowing your heart to be filled.

Filling it to the brim with this golden energy.

This healing light.

I'd like for you to go ahead and hug your heart.

Feeling this energy encompass your whole being,

Your whole body.

Sometimes the heart speaks to us in whispers,

In feelings in the body,

In ways that can be challenging for the conscious mind to understand.

But when we come here,

When we come to tap into our heart space,

We can find our true wisdom,

Our true compass.

Allowing your heart in this moment to show you any areas of your life that need more love,

That need more heart.

Perhaps it's more love for yourself.

Perhaps your heart is yearning to learn something new.

Perhaps it's wanting to take a risk,

Or to be creative,

Or to simply dance and play.

Connecting with this energy of the heart a moment longer.

Your heart is now showing you all of the support it has.

This could be through friends or family,

Synchronicities,

Circumstances.

How is your heart supporting you?

How is this being reflected back in your reality?

Taking a moment to allow five things,

People,

Circumstances,

To come to your mind for appreciation,

Sending out beams of frequency of appreciation for these different things in your life.

No matter what may be going on,

Finding five comforting,

Heart-hugging things in your reality.

As you complete with this,

Your heart would like to show you five things to appreciate within yourself.

Perhaps it's your strength,

Your resilience.

Perhaps it's a kind gesture,

A smile that you gave someone.

Your creativity,

Your hope.

Whatever five things your heart wants to show you about you and your strengths,

Your gifts.

Embracing these gifts with love.

Some may be easier to embrace than others.

And once more,

We're going to give gratitude for our heart.

We're going to allow space for any messages,

Anything that the heart wants to communicate in this moment,

Knowing that you can always come back here.

Going to now turn from the garden,

Your soul,

Your body full of beautiful light,

Taking it with you wherever you go.

Walking out of the garden,

Finding the staircase in front of you that will bring you back up into full consciousness,

Remembering all the insights,

All of the gifts.

Coming up the steps.

One.

Two.

Heart beating a little faster.

Three.

Four.

Five.

Halfway up.

Six.

Seven.

10,

Starting to move your arms and legs in a nice stretch.

10,

Reaching the top of the stairs.

Wide awake,

Wide awake,

Ready to take on the day or enjoy a nice night's sleep wherever you are in this moment.

Taking this beautiful energy of your heart,

Knowing it's your compass and will lead you exactly where you need to be.
