Welcome to the Golden Earth Divine Heart Activation.

In this meditation,

You will travel on a beautiful journey within.

You will enhance your sense of self-love and you'll energize your heart center by connecting with the earth and a magical guide.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold for a second and now release your breath.

Inhale Exhale Inhale Exhale Inhale Exhale Close your eyes and allow your body to relax.

Allow all your limbs to release any tension they may be holding onto.

Just let them relax.

Now we're going to travel to a beautiful place that will always be a private sanctuary for you.

Relax the muscles between your eyes.

Now we travel within the rich expanses of your imagination.

You walk outside,

It's a cloudy day and there's a brisk fresh wind that feels so refreshing.

It heightens your senses.

You walk down the familiar path away from your home.

As you turn a corner,

You notice a small footpath off to the side.

It looks like a trail of some kind.

You turn away from the sidewalk and stride onto the footpath.

Instead of feeling nervous,

You're filled with a sense of adventure.

What lies beyond?

The footpath moves you through a small lane.

It's surrounded by flowering creepers bursting with red and pink blooms.

They smell heavenly and you stop for a minute to inhale deeply.

You continue walking and the footpath opens up towards a small hill.

The hill is lush and green.

You head up the incline,

Eager to know what's on the other side.

As you continue walking up the hill,

A beautiful vista opens up.

You find yourself at the foot of a valley.

You walk towards the larger hills.

It seems far,

But to your astonishment,

You cover ground very quickly.

In no time at all,

You're standing at the foot of several hills.

The area around you appears to be full of meadows.

There are groups of tall trees here and there.

There's a trail leading towards one of the groups of trees.

You feel a sense of excitement as you walk onto the little trail.

A young deer appears from the meadows and dashes towards the trees right in front of you.

You feel your spirits lift as you watch the little creature bounding away.

You enter the collection of trees and a peaceful hush surrounds you.

You hear the sweet chirping of birds.

There's a rush of air and you turn to see a flock of bright orange butterflies.

They dance past you and skim the lower tree branches playfully.

There's a clearing in front of you and you walk towards the center.

The floor is covered with pine needles and the tangy scent of pine gently fills the air.

You sit down in the clearing with your back against a tree.

The ground feels soft and springy beneath you.

There's a sound nearby and then a woman steps into the clearing.

She looks to be maybe in her 60s.

Her hair is black,

Mixed with silver locks and it falls down past her waist in shiny waves.

Her eyes are dark brown and her bronze skin is lightly limed.

Her expression is serene.

She smiles at you and little laugh lines burst out around the sides of her mouth.

There is an energy that emanates from her.

It is one of deep abiding love.

She walks towards you and sits down across from you.

She looks into your eyes and you feel a warm sensation of belonging.

She hands you a ripe juicy pear.

You raise the fruit towards your face and breathe in the fresh scent.

And then she begins to speak.

Dearest beautiful child of Mother Earth,

Sit with me a while.

I am an Elder,

A guardian of the Earth and one of your spirit guides.

Let me tell you about your Mother,

The Earth.

She is a bright,

Vibrant jewel of our solar system.

You are her beloved.

You are nourished by her gifts.

You are blessed with her waters and fed from her bounty.

And she breathes life into you.

Come with me on a journey.

The guardian holds out her hand to you.

Without hesitation,

You reach out and hold hers.

A spark flows between you instantly.

You feel a sensation of utter love and compassion embrace you.

Take a bite from your Mother's gift,

Says the guardian.

You bite down into the pear and your mouth is flooded with sensation and flavour.

The rich juices trickle down your throat.

The sweet taste of pear brings life to your taste buds.

You feel the vital energy move down into your stomach and it brings light into your body.

Your cells welcome the light and absorb it instantly.

The guardian is still holding your hand.

Now she gently turns it towards your body.

May I place your hand upon your heart?

She asks you.

You nod,

Still chewing on the juicy pear.

The guardian places your hand,

Oh so softly,

Upon your heart.

And you sit there together,

Her hand upon yours,

Cradling your heart area.

You feel the warmth of motherly love and compassion.

You feel her drawing upon all the female ancestors in your lineage and surrounding you with love.

Listen well,

Beautiful child,

Says the guardian.

Listen to the sound of the earth.

Ahhhhhh.

Mmmm.

Ahhhhhh.

Mmmm.

Ahhhhhh.

Ahhhhhh.

Ahhhhhh.

Ahhhhhh.

There is a deep reservoir at the center of your heart.

This reservoir is connected to divine energy and to the mother.

In this moment,

Invite in and accept more of the energy of pure love.

This energy is now flowing into your heart through your higher self.

It is now connecting you through the threads of time and space and the vastness of the universe.

Your mother,

She,

The earth,

Is one of the great mothers of the universe.

Feel this great ancient love circulating in your heart right now.

Feel your mother's heartbeat in the change from day to night.

As your body heals anew,

Cradled in her embrace,

Until you wake with a morning light.

May your heart stay strong with your mother.

Feel her awakening in the spring and be refreshed.

Dance with her through the summer and feel her joy.

Indulge in her gifts and bounty in the fall and rest with her through the winter respite.

You sit and rest into this experience.

The energy feels warm,

Nurturing,

Expansive.

It wraps around your soul with exquisite tenderness.

You look down at your body,

Your hands,

Your legs,

Your feet.

The love that is circulating in your heart is now spreading through your body with a divine golden light.

This light is held within the embrace of Mother Earth.

This love is the shining gold revealed in the magic of the sunrise and the sunset.

It is the dense gold held deep in the treasures of the earth.

The guardian smiles at you again.

A smile is tapped into the mother's energy.

Feel within,

Beloved,

Says the guardian.

I gift you with love and purpose.

Love now circulates through your whole body.

It is fueled from your heart center and energized by your breath.

Love purifies your heart,

Energizes your body,

Nurtures your soul.

You are now expanding into your great purpose in this life.

You place the finished peccor upon the earth and it bursts into bloom.

The guardian reaches for your other hand.

She gently places your hand upon the earth.

You sit now,

Embraced within a divine circle.

Her hand upon yours and your heart,

Her other hand upon yours on the earth.

Feel your divine connection to the mother.

Accept all your emotions and release the ones that do not serve you anymore.

Release them through this purifying energy.

Release them down and into the earth.

The mother will transmute them.

The love you carry inside you is now endless,

Boundless,

Timeless.

Where you stand and walk,

This love moves through your limbs gently,

Powerfully and out through your fingertips,

Down through the soles of your feet and into the earth.

Your love now energizes the earth and everyone who walks upon it.

You are a spark of divinity in human form.

You are the source of all love.

You are the one who loves.

You are the one who is loved.

Now you are complete,

Says the guardian.

You are welcome here whenever you wish.

This is a place of sanctuary.

Every time you visit me here,

You will reconnect with Mother Earth.

Every time you release all that does not serve you,

You will be reminded of your purpose.

Each time you eat of her celestial bounty,

The food of the earth,

You will receive her nurturing and the endless reminder that you are a divine child.

Know that any time you are feeling sad or lonely,

You can visit this clearing.

You will return to a beautiful and joyful state.

You can relax into the present moment.

Rest into your purpose from this moment,

Knowing that you are loved and embraced,

Knowing that you are never alone.

In this moment,

You are open to joy.

Farewell beautiful soul,

You may return always.

The guardian moves her hands gently from yours.

She gets up and slowly leans forward and kisses your forehead.

Blessed be,

She says,

Now and always.

She disappears into the meadows.

You sit for a while and rest into the magical moment.

Your heart feels soothed and full.

It brims with joy.

Rest into this moment.

Feel the contentment.

This moment is perfect.

You feel the life within the joy.

You feel the space within this life energy.

You feel into the space that is uniquely yours.

Breathe and relax into the peace.

So be it.

So it is.

I accept my feelings and honour them in divine order.

And now I give myself permission to release the ones that do not serve me.

I forgive myself for anything and everything.

Every day,

In every way,

I am getting better and better.

Every day,

In every way,

I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Love now circulates through my whole body.

Fuelled by my heart centre and energised by my breath.

Love purifies my heart.

Energises my body.

And nurtures my soul.

Love connects me with my loved ones.

Love connects me with those in my media circle.

Love connects me with others.

I am now expanding into my great purpose in this life.

The love I carry inside is now endless.

Boundless.

Timeless.

It moves through my limbs gently.
