Welcome to pure peace.
I'm Priya and I'll be your guide.
In this audio,
You will release your daily stresses and replace them with the energy of peace.
This audio can be listened to while sitting or lying down.
In this meditation,
You will travel on a beautiful journey within.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold for a second and now release your breath.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Close your eyes and allow your body to relax.
Allow all your limbs to release any tension they may be holding onto.
Just let them relax.
Now we're going to travel to a beautiful place that will always be a private sanctuary for you.
Relax the muscles between your eyes.
And now we travel within the rich expanses of your imagination.
You're going outside for a walk and then you notice that you hear the sound of sea birds.
The fresh tang of salt air is in the air.
You notice a footpath to your left.
You turn off the sidewalk and onto the footpath.
Instead of feeling nervous,
You're filled with a sense of adventure.
What lies beyond?
You walk through a passage lined by palm trees.
This intrigues you and you reach out to touch one of the flat,
Thick leaves.
You continue walking and the footpath opens up.
You find yourself walking towards a sandy beach.
The sound of the waves is soothing and relaxing.
And you feel peaceful.
The breeze from the ocean is light and fresh.
It feels wonderful against your skin.
Your hair blows around your face and you hold it gently down while a sense of wonder begins to arise from within you.
The scent of the salty air is refreshing.
You pull off your shoes and run towards the waves.
The foam tickles your toes as you play with the surf.
The water feels just right.
Up ahead,
You see something moving in and out of the water.
You smile as you notice that they're dolphins,
Dozens of them.
A movement just off to the side catches your attention.
The waves break and something else is moving through the waves.
The waves part just in front of you and a beautiful woman rises from the ocean.
Her hair streams down around her.
It falls to her waist and is the color of dark chestnut.
Her eyes are the deep gray-blue of the ocean depths.
Her lower limbs change from a mermaid's tail of iridescent green to human limbs encased in a diaphanous material that flows as she moves.
She walks slowly towards you,
Smiling.
Oh,
A smile.
It encompasses so much beauty and liveliness.
She holds out a small vial.
You know instinctively that it is safe.
You are safe.
And then she begins to speak.
Dearest beautiful child of the universe,
I am a guardian of the seas and one of your spirit guides.
Rest into this moment and feel into the truth that is you.
Feel the universal peace that I share with you.
Allow it to fill you from head to foot.
And in this moment,
I gift you with resilience.
Take this,
My child,
She says,
And holds out the vial.
Take this to the standing stone,
But before you drink of its contents,
Open your other hand.
You turn towards where she points.
On the beach in front of you,
There is a semicircle created from a single rock.
It surrounds a small fire pit.
You walk towards it,
Your feet sinking gently into the sand with each step.
There is an ember still smoldering in the fire pit.
You look down in your other hand and in your hand lies a dark rope that connects you through time.
This rope is deeply connected to any memory that has brought up feelings of anger and frustration.
The guardian sings a melody that is layered with divine harmonies.

As she sings,
The rope breaks.
With connection to your painful emotions.
Embrace your emotions,
She says.
Embrace your anger,
Your frustration.
Embrace it all.
Listen,
My child,
Says the guardian.
I gift you with faith.
Embrace all your emotions and know that they are perfect when they arise.
Honor them.
Honor yourself.
Use your emotions wisely to make the changes you need to see happen.
For the highest good of all and harm to none.
And then release what is left to the universe.
The broken rope begins to emit a pulling and dragging sensation.
It is now drawing in any excess anger and any frustration that you are ready to release.
You are transfixed with wonder.
The rope darkens as it absorbs all that you release.
Without hesitation,
You throw the rope into the fire.
The flames leap up and burn the rope to ashes.
It is so satisfying to watch it light up and burn down.
You open the vial and drink the contents.
It tastes like cold,
Fresh water from the cleanest springs.
It spreads liquid light all the way down inside you.
And feelings of peace and tranquility rise and bubble forth.
Now you are complete,
Says the guardian.
You are welcome here whenever you wish.
This is a place of sanctuary.
Every time that you visit me here,
You will receive more resilience and faith.
Every time you burn the rope of darkness,
You will be reminded of your resilience.
Each time you drink from the waters,
You will feel the soothing sense of peace.
Know that any time that you are feeling angry or frustrated,
You can visit this beach and return to a beautiful and peaceful state.
And you can relax into the present moment and imagine all the beautiful possibilities of your life from this moment.
Knowing that you are loved,
Knowing that your higher self is always with you.
In this moment,
You are free of heavy memories and emotions.
Farewell,
Dearest child.
You may return,
Always.
With a flick of her tail that magically transforms back,
She jumps into the ocean and disappears,
Surrounded by dolphins.
You take a deep cleansing breath and you sit for a while on the beach,
Enjoying the sounds of the waves and the call of the seabirds.
Rest into this moment and feel peaceful.
This moment is perfect.
You feel the space in the peace.
The space where you can enhance your purpose.
The peace from which you can connect far more easily and deeply with your loved ones.
Breathe.
And relax into the peace.
So be it.
So it is.
These thoughts enter your mind.
Even though I have sometimes felt angry,
Even though I sometimes feel guilty about feeling angry,
I intend to deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I have sometimes felt frustrated and annoyed,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
I accept myself exactly as I am.
I am whole,
Strong,
Powerful,
Harmonious,
Loving and healthy.
I am worthy of anything I desire.
I intend to feel into peace and allow it to embrace me.
And now you look at yourself from outside your body and you speak to yourself.
Even though you have sometimes felt anger,
It's okay.
You deeply and completely love and accept yourself.
Even though you have sometimes felt guilty about feeling angry,
You intend to deeply and completely love and accept yourself.
Even though you have often felt frustrated and annoyed,
You intend to deeply and completely love and accept yourself.
You intend to feel into peace and allow it to embrace you.
You accept yourself exactly as you are.
You are whole,
Strong,
Powerful,
Harmonious,
Loving and healthy.
You are worthy of anything you desire.
You accept in this moment that from this day forward,
You will accept all your feelings as worthy.
And you will allow your feelings to move through you quickly.
Like clouds that pass in the sky,
You will receive whatever gifts have emerged from these experiences.
And these gifts will lift you always into a better state.
These painful memories are now moving into the past.
You are ready to release them from your past,
Your present and your future.
You are ready to let this anger and frustration go.
From this moment onwards,
You are now releasing all feelings of anger.
It's an emotion that is easy to let go.
You are calm.
You feel peaceful in every way.
You release the anger and frustration.
You release feelings of not being good enough.
You release painful events from your life.
You forgive others and you forgive yourself.
You are worthy.
You are calm.
You are peaceful.
And these thoughts go through your mind.
I am now releasing all feelings of anger and frustration.
These are emotions that are easy to release.
I let them go.
I am calm.
I feel peaceful and relaxed.
I release any memory that's connected to feeling anger and frustration.
I release feelings of not being good enough.
I release my expectations of other people.
I relax into the knowing that I will respond to all events in my life in a way that is the most healing and beneficial for me and that is also for the highest good of all and harm to none.
I am good enough.
I am enough.
So be it.
So it is.
And now,
Allow yourself to enjoy a state of deep relaxation.
And when you arise from this adventure,
You will feel refreshed and ready.
