Welcome back.

We're going to start by closing our eyes and taking several deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose.

Breathing in love and light and out through the mouth.

Breathing out all worry,

All stress,

Whatever's not serving you.

And continuing this breathing pattern.

In through the nose and out through the mouth for the rest of the meditation.

So we're going to start very gently with a body relaxation.

I'll be saying out loud for each body part to relax three times.

And I want you to repeat these commands silently or in a whisper to your own body.

Starting with the feet.

Feet relax.

Feet relax.

Feet relax.

Legs relax.

Legs relax.

Legs relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Relax.

Back relax.

Back relax.

Stomach relax.

Stomach relax.

Stomach relax.

Heart relax.

Though at times you may feel stuck or at a standstill.

Know this,

You can always choose to keep moving forward.

You're a fighter that doesn't give up.

And so walking forward,

No matter what,

You celebrate the spirit within yourself.

The spirit of victory.

The spirit of love.

The spirit of tenacity.

This is you,

A real you,

That can't be born and can never die.

So tapping into this ancient wisdom within yourself,

Tapping into the most beautiful parts of you.

You feel this overwhelming sense of relief,

This overwhelming sense of joy.

That no matter what happens,

No matter what's going on in your life,

Your core,

The beauty of you,

Can never be changed.

So allow this to really sink in,

Connecting to that truth,

Connecting to that beauty inside of yourself.

This core that cannot be destroyed.

And so now as you walk,

The obstacles in front of you don't feel so big.

You know your spirit is so much bigger than whatever's in front of you.

It almost feels silly to think that there are certain things that you can't handle,

You can do anything,

You can be anything.

You always have this choice.

And so seeing the obstacles and gracefully moving through them,

You come to a new understanding of yourself.

You're more of a master,

The skill of persistence,

The skill of remembrance of your own life.

Tapping deeper and deeper into this self mastery,

You are a being of light.

Saying it to yourself several times,

I am a being of light.

I am a being of light.

I am a being of light.

Your chest expands every time you affirm this to yourself,

As if your heart remembers every word and knows how true this is.

I am a being of light over and over again.

And now feeling the wings of light upon your back,

Feeling that nothing is impossible,

Feeling like you could fly or soar because all is well.

Enjoy this freedom.

Enjoy this moment,

Integrating it into your memory so that you can return here anytime you feel stuck or afraid.

See your wings of light carrying you,

Passing through any obstacle with grace and ease.

Now holding onto your heart,

Feeling grateful for this experience.

Feeling how easy it is to remember your truth.

You take several more deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

And slowly and easily beginning to move your legs and your arms.

Open your eyes.

Bring back to whatever space you're in.
