I was hesitant to try this because I don't normally prefer travel or adventure meditations. This one however was quite pleasant - what I imagine an ayahuasca ceremony might be like, minus the ayahuasca. The visualization wasn't too overwhelming or demanding, and although I didn't really see or learn anything, it was a comforting and peaceful experience.
