Welcome to this guided meditation.
Find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie down.
Close your eyes gently,
And begin to tune into your breath.
Let go of any thoughts or worries for now,
And give yourself permission to just be here,
In this moment.
Breathe in deeply,
And as you breathe out allow your body to relax.
Feel the tension leaving your muscles,
Leaving you calm and centred.
As you continue to breathe deeply and steadily,
Imagine a warm gentle light surrounding you.
This light is a source of comfort and strength,
Radiating from deep within you,
And extending out into the space around you.
Feel it wrapping you like a soft protective blanket,
Soothing every part of your being.
With each breath,
Allow this light to grow brighter and more vibrant.
As it does,
Know that it carries with it the energy of peace,
Resilience and healing.
Whatever challenges you are facing right now,
Whatever worries or fears you may have,
Know that you are not alone.
You are surrounded by this light of strength and support,
And it will guide you through whatever comes your way.
Take a moment to acknowledge any feelings or thoughts that arise.
There is no need to push them away or hold onto them,
Simply observe them and then let them drift away like clouds passing through the sky.
These thoughts do not define you,
Nor do they have power to hold you back.
You are stronger than any challenge,
More resilient than any setback.
As you continue to breathe,
Silently repeat in your mind the following affirmations to yourself.
I am strong and I will get through this.
I am surrounded by love and support,
Even when I cannot see it.
I trust in my ability to overcome challenges.
I am at peace with the present moment.
Feel the truth of these words resonate within you.
They are not just thoughts,
They are the reality of your inner strength and the support that is always available to you,
Whether it comes from within or from those around you.
Now picture yourself standing at the edge of a vast serene ocean.
The waves gently lap at your feet,
And the horizon stretches out endlessly before you.
Each wave that comes in washes away a little more of your worries,
Your doubts and fears.
The ocean is a symbol of your inner strength and the boundless capacity you have to endure and to heal.
As you watch the waves,
Feel a sense of calm and confidence growing within you.
You are part of something much larger,
Something steady and constant.
The ocean of life may have its storms,
But it also has its calm,
And you are capable of navigating both.
Know that you will reach the shore again,
And that this too shall pass.
As you stand at the edge of this serene ocean,
You take some time to yourself to decompress from your thoughts,
From your worries,
From your doubts and fears,
And you simply relax.
As we come to the end of this meditation,
Take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs with that warm soothing light,
And as you exhale release any remaining tension or doubt.
Feel grounded,
Centred and at peace.
Know that you can return to this place of calm and strength whenever you need to.
The light within you is always there,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,
