This is my personal belief that once we are grateful for our lives and everything in it,
Then we start to see a change.
We start to see real positive outcomes and doors of opportunity present themselves for us within our lives.
I know that from experience,
When I was not very grateful,
When I was taking things for granted,
Nothing would really work out for me.
And then one day I had a wake-up call that I needed and it made me change my perspective.
I started to shift the view that I had of the world.
And all of a sudden I became grateful.
I started to see the beauty in everything.
So that's what we're going to be practicing today.
Gratitude in order to generate good feelings in our life.
And those good feelings ultimately are what lead to happy,
Abundant,
Successful lives.
An attitude of gratitude.
So all I'm going to be doing is saying things that we can be grateful for.
What I want you to do is just listen to them.
Take them on board.
And then I'm going to give you some time and space to be able to say some things that you're personally grateful for.
Unique things in your life.
People.
Experiences.
First of all,
I just want you to begin breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth to ground ourselves in the present moment.
And one final time in through your nose and out through your mouth.
I am grateful for the wonderful blue sky above me.
I'm grateful for the magical green grass in the summer.
I'm grateful for the air I breathe.
I'm grateful to be in good health.
I am grateful for the food I have on my plate every single day.
I'm grateful for clean drinking water.
I'm grateful for family and friends in my life.
I'm grateful for the experiences I've had to make me who I am today.
I am grateful for this magical planet.
I'm grateful for the stars in the sky and how they blink at me and make me feel inspired.
I'm grateful for the majestic blue ocean.
I'm grateful for golden beaches.
I'm grateful for my mother and father for bringing me into this world.
I'm grateful for the sun.
I'm grateful for the ground beneath my feet.
I'm grateful for my education.
I'm grateful for the wonderful colors of the spectrum.
I'm grateful for the universe.
I'm grateful for the planets in our solar system that help to keep us safe from asteroids.
I'm grateful that the planet is in the Goldilocks zone,
Not too hot,
Not too cold,
Perfect for life.
I'm grateful for the miracle of mankind.
I'm grateful for the animal kingdom.
I'm grateful for the plant kingdom.
I'm grateful for the plant kingdom.
I'm grateful for the mysteries that are in life that are ready to be solved.
I'm grateful for the wonderful inventions that I take for granted every day like the light bulb.
I'm grateful for absolutely everything in my life.
And now I want to give you some time just to meditate on the unique things that you are grateful for in your life.

Once we are grateful for things it changes our energetic output and then what we give out we tend to receive back.
You change the way you perceive your life when you are grateful every single day.
