Transcript

Sit in a comfortable position,

Upright with your low back supported and feet flat on the floor.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and sigh out through the mouth.

Let all the tension go.

Take another deep breath and then breathe it out,

Allowing your whole body to relax.

Take a third deep breath and let it go and as you breathe out relax more and more.

And every breath you take now,

You become deeper and deeper into a tranquil meditative state.

So repeating after me in your mind,

I am very relaxed.

My shoulders are relaxed.

My neck is relaxed.

My jaw is relaxed.

My chest is relaxed.

My neck is relaxed.

My arms are relaxed.

I feel my whole body is resting heavily into my chair.

My back is relaxed.

My legs are relaxed.

My feet are relaxed.

And my toes are relaxed.

And as I notice my toes are relaxing,

I can feel my fingers relax.

And I start to feel the love that I have for my whole body.

I have this nurturing love for my body.

I can feel the energy in my body.

I can feel the love in my body.

I can feel my body breathing deeply and easily.

I feel this tranquil bliss filling up my heart and I am so relaxed.

My brain,

My mind,

My heart,

My body,

All of my body.

Everything is okay.

I know that everything is okay.

My heart knows that everything is okay.

I go from my brain to my heart and I let my heart take control now.

My heart knows my heart has wisdom.

And as I sit here,

I feel this infinite bliss filling up my heart,

Giving me this wonderful tranquil state of bliss where I know that everything is okay.

Everything is perfect.

And as I feel this,

I can feel all of my body.

I feel my body healing and I tune in to how amazing my body is.

My skin is amazing.

My teeth are amazing.

My eyes are amazing.

All of my internal organs are amazing.

My liver is amazing.

My kidneys are amazing.

My stomach and digestion is amazing.

My ears and my hearing is amazing.

My voice is amazing.

My back is amazing.

And my joints are amazing.

My legs are amazing.

My arms and shoulders are amazing.

My neck is amazing.

All parts of my body are amazing.

And they are filling us up with this great blissful amazing light and our whole body is okay.

All of me is okay.

I know that everything is okay.

Everything is perfect.

Just the way it is.

I love and accept myself and my body.

My body is perfect.

And I take care of my body.

I feed it with nourishing foods.

I feed it with green life giving food.

Food that is alive,

Colourful.

Food that is full of colour.

I feed my body amazing food because my body is amazing.

And I thank my body for holding me up and strengthening me on my path through my life.

I thank my legs.

And as I thank my legs,

I thank my arms,

My strong arms.

And I thank my back,

My flexible strong back.

And I thank my teeth for being healthy and strong,

Being able to chew my food.

And I thank my digestive system for taking care of me and all the food that I eat and taking all the nutrients that I need.

I thank my heart for pumping the blood around my body.

And I thank every cell for receiving the oxygen from my heart and from the air around me.

And I thank this planet and earth for nourishing me.

And I thank the universe.

And I thank everything in my life now with my heart.

I feel the love in my heart.

I feel happy.

I have a deep gratitude for everything.

Everything this universe and life has given me.

And I thank this body for keeping me going,

For following me around and giving me all these wonderful experiences.

I thank the universe for the way I look.

I accept and I love the way I look.

I look perfect.

I am beautiful.

My body is beautiful.

Everything created is beautiful.

And as I am part of the universe,

I am beautiful.

Take another big deep breath in.

And sigh it out.

And tell yourself again,

I am beautiful.

And just starting to wiggle fingers and toes.

Feeling yourself coming back into the body,

Back into your room.

You might want to bring your hands together and stretch them above your head.

Take another big inhale.

Sighing it out,

Let your arms just release back down into your lap.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.
