Bring a hand to rest on your heart,
Connecting to yourself and take a big deep breath in through the nose.
And let it out with a sigh.
And again a big inhale through the nose.
And as you exhale let yourself relax completely.
And once more a big inhale through the nose.
And letting it out with a sigh.
So during this meditation,
Take the time to repeat the affirmations after I've spoken them.
Notice how they make you feel.
