Hello,
My name's Emma and I'm here at one of the beaches in Mount Eliza and I'm here to do a healing meditation.
So I'll let you sit down comfortably and take a few nice grounding breaths.
Take a breath in through the nose for a count of 4 and hold and out through the nose for a count of 4 or 6 and breathe in through the nose for a count of 4 and hold and breathing out through the nose for a count of 4 or 6 and letting the inhalations and the exhalations get longer and deeper and visualising that the breath is coming through the feet.
So let the breath come through the feet,
Up the body,
All the way up to the head and as you breathe out let the breath go down the body and out the feet and as you breathe in let the breath go in the feet,
All the way up the body to the head and as you breathe out,
Let the breath go down the body and out the feet.
And continue to do a few more breaths,
In through the soles of the feet and up the body and then as you breathe out let it go down the body and out the feet.
And now drawing attention to your body and as you relax each part of the body you can give affirmations of love to each body part.
So we'll start at the top of the head as you relax the head,
The muscles in the head,
Say to yourself I love my head and going down the back of the head to the neck as you relax it I love my neck going down the back of the body and relax it and relax and say I love my shoulders.
As you relax your back upper middle and lower you can say to yourself I love my back and going further I love my buttocks as you relax your buttocks.
Going down the legs,
Relaxing the legs,
The thighs and say I love my thighs.
Going down further I love my calves as you relax the calves and as you relax the feet say I love my feet and I love my toes and sure ensuring that the whole of the legs relax as you go up to the pelvis and relax the pelvic area I love my pelvis and drawing attention to your abdomen as you say to yourself I love my tummy or I love my abdomen.
Going up further,
Relaxing the upper part of the body I love my chest I love my breast as you go up to the throat I love my throat and relaxing the jaw as you say I love my jaw and my mouth.
Relaxing your cheeks and saying to yourself I love my cheeks as you relax your nose I love my nose and then relaxing the eyes and the eyeballs as you say I love my eyes.
Relaxing the forehead I love my forehead and as you relax the whole of the face you can say I love my face and relaxing your upper and then your middle and then your lower body relax as you say I love my body and allow the whole of your body to relax letting it go and checking that the whole of the body is relaxed.
Drawing attention to a part of the body that you need to give attention to today perhaps it's an area that is tense in pain or has an illness or disease and then bringing love to this area drawing in a beautiful pink light surrounding this beautiful body part or body system with a beautiful pink light of unconditional love and drawing in any other coloured light that your body needs today your body part needs to heal and surrounding this body part with this beautiful healing colour ensure the whole of the nooks and crannies of this body part are filled with these beautiful colours let it surround the body and using your intuition to discover a unique way of how you can help further cleanse heal and regenerate this body part perhaps you might let get a little mini duster or something to pry away any calcifications remove any toxins using your body's inner wisdom to help heal this body part using a unique way that comes to your intuition let it heal and saying to yourself three times I love this and say the name of the body part might be I love my digestive system or I love my bladder and so forth and tuning into this body part or body system and seeing if there's any cords any hooks any blocks any contracts that are penetrating in this body part or body system so for example if it's your stomach you might see on the inside of a stomach a psychic hook attached to it or you might see a psychic gunk sort of thing like a slime or a dirt or something so we're checking whatever is blocking this body part and now we're going to figure out why it's there and trying to remove it as well so tuning into this body part and whatever abnormality you see in the area and asking why it's there in some cases that might be because you don't love yourself enough or it could be a negative connection between somebody else so some sort of contract it might be a block or belief so just tuning into this part and seeing what comes up there might be a message or a word or you might just know what's wrong and asking spirit how you can remove this so perhaps again you might find some sort of psychic duster that can brush it all away or a little shovel that can chip all the any calcifications or hardness away you might get a little spray bottle or something like that and clean the whole area out and if it is some contract with someone you might actually need to call on higher power in some cases Archangel Michael's powerful sword can be good to cut any connections cords that have attached to you from other people so you can ask to cut through this cord with his powerful sword his golden sword or laser beam sword and then asking for healing at each end say some people like to call on Archangel Raphael to heal each end and then calling on love bringing in love to the situation and again you might like to call on Archangel Chamu Al to bring love into the situation and checking into this body part or organ and seeing if there's anything else that needs to be removed at this time always ready to be removed and repeating the process so seeing if there's any messages or any learnings from it why it's there and asking how you can remove it using your intuition to find unique ways to remove these blocks contracts psychic dirt psychic hooks negative energies negative energies and so forth and when you're done giving great thanks to any higher powers that are with you helping you through this and giving a few deep breaths and as you breathe in breathing love positivity happiness joy peace healing forgiveness and as you breathe out breathe out all the negativity tension unforgiveness heaviness blocks contracts anything else that's not love just breathe it out and do that again breathing in love and all the positivity happiness joy forgiveness healing relaxation peace and breathing out negativity heaviness blocks unforgiveness anything that's not love and you might like to wrap it up in God's love and send it to the light to be neutralized especially if you still feel the energy hanging around and you no longer need to hold this anymore and checking in to see how different you feel you might have more energy you might be more relaxed if you're in pain it might have decreased and giving perhaps a few more days or even a week for the energy to dispel perhaps with it's a negative situation with someone else you might notice that you have a better relationship with them in some cases they might even move on whatever the situation trust that it's for the highest good and now you might like to visualize you're in a special sanctuary surrounded by perhaps nature or in some sacred space where there's beautiful surroundings and the energy feels good and you might like to call on some butterflies to surround you and heal you butterflies of beautiful colors and see what colors come to you perhaps there is a meaning of the color and the colors of the butterflies are the right ones that your body needs at this time as you bathe in the beauty of these butterflies some of them might land on you or near you some of them might flutter around your aura cleansing any negativity or dross or impurities in your energy field around you and some of them might make a little hum that is just at the right vibration that your body needs to heal you might also like to call on some birds or certain animals today so see who comes to sit with you and do further healing it might be an animal that's healing you an animal totem an animal that's working with you and sometimes you might even have pets who have gone into spirit who are there to just say hello or maybe even have a message for you so sit there and see what what they've got for you and you might even like to look up what their meaning is later on if you wish or perhaps just ask them what they're here for today what their message is what their meaning is and give them great thanks for being here today as well always be grateful and thankful you might like to also have at the last minute a healing guide angel guardian or spirit ancestor with their hands on your shoulders to send you some healing perhaps give you some guidance you can feel the energy their beautiful healing energy go through your body perhaps like tingling perhaps you feel rays of energy perhaps you might feel more emotional balance whatever it is give thanks and sit a little bit longer and you're ready you can say goodbye to your animals birds butterflies and any spirits energies that are with you today giving great thanks as you draw attention back to your body taking nice deep breaths and when you're ready you can start to wiggle your fingers or your toes your neck your shoulders as you come back to your body use your senses to think of a few things that you can see smell taste feel and hear in your surroundings checking that you're connected back to your body perhaps again have a further stretch and just to finish visualize a golden ball at the top of your head through it is a string going through the chakras of your body from the top of the head and down the bottom so see it going through the crown brow throat heart solar plexus sacral center and your base center through the pelvis to the center of the earth wrap it round a diamond so that it's grounded I'm checking just a bit more to make sure you're connected you might like to do a few breaths a few deep breaths to ground yourself again making sure you feel a hundred percent in your body if you haven't already you can start to blink open your eyes slowly adjusting to the light and the
