Welcome to my money manifestation meditation.
Today we're going to be focusing on manifesting money and bringing money to you today and over the next few weeks.
I first of all want you to make sure that you're comfortable in the seat that you're in and that you won't be disturbed throughout the duration of our meditation and when you're ready you can close your eyes and start to take deep breaths in and on the exhale just releasing any stress or any tension from your day so far.
We're going to do this in equal measure so breathing in for five seconds,
Holding for five seconds and releasing for five seconds.
If at any point this feels unmanageable then please reduce this to an amount of time that feels good to you.
You should now start to feel relaxed and I want you first of all just in your mind's eye just really feel yourself grounded into the space that you're sat in now and I want you through your mind's eye to just allow the first figure that comes into your head,
A number,
A figure,
Whatever appears and just allow this to appear naturally of how much you should manifest through this meditation.
Try not to overthink this just allow the figure to come to you naturally and once you have your figure I want you to just see how that feels to you.
Does that feel achievable?
Does that feel believable?
How does that figure feel to your body?
How does that figure feel to your energy?
And I now want you to think about your why and think about why you wish to manifest this money and what you plan to spend it on.
See yourself doing this now and see yourself spending or investing this money in whatever way you choose to and notice any feelings or emotions that come up as you see this now and I now want you through your mind's eye to focus on the intention of your money manifestation but to take away any humanness from it,
To take away how it looks,
The how's,
Why's,
When's,
Take all of the visuals of what you put on that manifestation away just so you have the core core energy of that desire in front of you now.
Wipe away any humanness or attachment to it and allow yourself to see the core energy of this desire and I want you first of all to take note of what color that energy is.
The energy of your desire that's in front of you,
What is its color and how does it appear to you?
Is it deep in color?
Is it light in color?
And how does the energy feel to you?
Does it feel light?
Does it feel expansive?
Does it feel joyful?
Identify how that energy feels to you too and once you have your color and you have the feeling or emotion associated with it,
I really want you to just sit with this energy now and really feel it coming towards you and magnetizing towards you.
It may move slowly,
It may move quite fast but I want you to just allow yourself to see this energy coming towards you,
Being attracted to you.
I now want you to see the color of this energy in your heart center and start to see this spread out bigger and bigger and bigger until it starts to cover you entirely and as this light expands and covers you entirely now,
You are now fully surrounded by the energy of your money desire and I want you to feel this energy now clearing and cleansing any energy that's no longer serving you or anything that stops you from manifesting money and abundance currently.
Feel this moving away from you now and clearing and transmuting up to the universe and feel the energy of your desire now charging you up and again helping you attract this desire to you.
See beautiful golden light entwined with the color of your desire and really feel this energy now charging you up so you feel powerful,
You feel drawn to this energy and you are ready and connected to align with this energy and I now want you as you're sat in this space to repeat these affirmations out loud after me.
If you want to repeat these in your waking life then please feel free to do so but for now all you need to do is repeat these out loud after me I am a money magnet.
Money loves me and I love it.
Money flows to me easily and effortlessly.
I am abundant wealthy and healthy and as you allow the energy of your desires to surround you now I want to take a big deep breath in and on the exhale releasing anything that you need to release now from this meditation.
Let it all go and as you feel yourself start to come back into the room and just really feel yourself ground back into your body I want you as you come away from this meditation to focus on the core energy of your desire at any point that feels good to you whether that's daily whether that's as and when you remember just when it feels good I want you to visualize the color and the feeling of the core energy of your desire again and spend time with it see it coming towards you and spend loving time with the energy of your desire you can do this for any of your manifestations but I want you to do this specifically for your money manifestation and as you come back into your body you can start to move your hands you can start to move your feet and just really feel yourself grounded and present here and now and when you're ready you can open your eyes thank you so much for doing this meditation I really hope it has served you and of course you can come back to this meditation at any time when you want to manifest more money and connect to the core energy of your desire I really hope it served you and of course you can find even more meditations all around manifestation and abundance thanks for listening
