Welcome to my clear intentions and vision meditation.
I first of all just want you to make sure that you're comfortable in the seat that you're in and that you won't be disturbed throughout the duration of this meditation and when you're ready you can close your eyes and start to take deep breaths in and on the exhale just releasing any stress or any tension from your day so far.
We're going to do this in equal measure so breathing in for five seconds,
Holding for five seconds and releasing for five seconds.
If at any point this feels unmanageable then please reduce it to an amount of time that feels right to you.
You should now start to feel relaxed and I want you through your mind's eye with your eyes closed still to see yourself sat within your third eye center located in the middle of your brow bone.
So visualizing yourself now sat within this third eye center,
This chakra point within your body and as you sit within this space just notice how it feels and the colors and energy around you as you see this beautiful indigo energy and I want you now to invite in your angels and spirit guide team into your third eye center with you to support you today.
So call upon them now and welcome them in a way that feels right to you.
An Archangel Metatron is also joining you within your third eye center to help clear and transmute the energy within him now and to realign and balance your third eye.
An Archangel Metatron is now using his sword around your third eye center to slice and cut through any energy that feels stuck,
Stagnant or anything that's stopping you from having clear vision towards your goals and desires in life.
So see him now working his way around your third eye center as you sit with your angels and spirit guide team noticing the changes and shifts that you feel as he does this and you see the indigo energy of your third eye center becoming more vibrant,
Becoming more lighter and feeling more flowing and at ease than before and as Archangel Metatron finishes this clearing transmission now I just want you to take note of how it feels in your third eye center and how bright,
Light and clear it feels and your angels and spirit guide team that sit around you now are going to give you a beautiful golden box and they pass this beautiful golden box to you now.
This is your own sacred manifestation box and inside this box is some wisdom and insights into what you should be focusing on right now.
So when you're ready you can lift up the lid to this beautiful box and see what's inside.
It may be some words,
It may be a sound,
It may be a visual representation,
Maybe an item,
A symbol or a flower.
Notice what is inside this box and what it represents for you.
Maybe there are pictures,
Emotions or just a feeling inside of this box.
If you have any questions on this ask your angels and spirit guide team to clarify what this represents for you and where you should be putting your focus in life right now.
And I now want you to take what's inside the box,
Out of this box and place it into your hands and you're now going to merge whatever this is,
This symbol,
Into your auric field,
Into your heart space.
So moving this now into your heart center you see this message from your spirit team merging with your aura completely now and as it merges into your aura and energy field you're embodying the codes to manifest this into your reality and have crystal clear vision on your next steps.
And your angels and guides surround you,
The box and you,
Integrating this into your auric field now with golden manifestation energy.
So see them now amplifying this beautiful golden manifestation energy all around you.
It's surrounding yourself,
Your energy field,
Your auric field and your manifestation box entirely now and it's supercharging your clarity,
Supercharging your clear vision and supercharging aligned inspired action that you can take in your waking life.
And as this energy begins to get smaller and smaller and smaller it gets smaller all the way into your heart center where it dissolves entirely now.
And I want you to take a deep cleansing breath in and on the exhale releasing anything now from this meditation that needs to be released let it all go.
And as you sit in your third eye center with Archangel Metatron and your spirit team I want you to repeat these affirmations out loud after me.
If you want to repeat them in your waking life you can do so,
But for now please repeat them after me.
I am aligned with my desires.
I set clear intentions with ease.
I see my desires clearly.
I have crystal clear clarity on my next steps.
And taking one last deep cleansing breath in,
On the exhale embodying clear vision now,
Clear intentions and vision moving forwards.
And you can now thank Archangel Metatron and your spirit team for helping and guiding you through this meditation today and please say goodbye to them in a way that feels right to you.
And they now get up together and all dissolve into the light together,
Leaving you feeling held,
Supported,
Lighter,
Brighter and feeling so clear on what it is you need to work on next.
And as you start to come back into your body you can just start to move your hands and start to move your feet and just feel yourself grounding back into the space.
Feeling the energy of this meditation and noticing how different you feel than at the beginning.
Feeling that clarity,
Feeling lighter,
Brighter,
Aligned and when you're ready you can open your eyes.
