This place is familiar to you on a multidimensional level.
This place is a place for your sacred soul to come to.
A place of safety,
Peace,
Serenity.
Everything flows with effortless ease.
Within this space you have all that you could ever want or need.
You feel your body glowing.
You remember your divine light.
In this space you are free to shine beautiful and bright.
Within your sacred space a door appears.
Something within you knows that there's a beautiful journey that awaits.
When you're ready you approach the door,
Open the door and step across the threshold where you find yourself in the most magical and enchanting garden space.
With quiet delight you walk into this beautiful space.
Trees big,
Green,
Flowers in vibrant colors that you've never seen.
The scent of their delightful fragrance gently dances around you.
You feel the sun upon your skin as the sunlight shines down upon you.
Warm and welcoming.
The air feels balmy and yet it's very fresh.
It's easy to breathe here.
It feels light.
You feel deeply relaxed.
The earth is green and luscious.
And as you walk through this beautiful and enchanting garden space you feel guided towards a beautiful tree.
It's just one tree that stands out for you as if it calls your energy.
There's a familiarity as you stand before this tree.
You become aware of its glow and it tells you and it shares your frequency.
You feel yourself glowing beautifully.
You feel safe,
Protected,
Held on it.
The tree invites you to lay down amongst its beautiful roots.
Luscious green grass beneath you.
As you surrender to the earth you feel grounded but weightless.
The sun shines down upon you still.
This light reaches you through the leaves of this tree.
It's as if the sun kisses your skin and you let it recharge your energy.
Letting the sunlight pour down into you.
Feeling it flow throughout your entire body restoring your energy.
Letting the golden light of the sun dance through you and around you.
Allowing the sunlight into your life.
Feeling your body becoming scented.
Letting your body begin to glow with the vibrancy of the sunshine.
This sunshine now begins to radiate beyond you.
Lifting your frequency.
This sunshine light now radiating beyond the tree.
Just when you thought this garden space couldn't be any more beautiful.
Your frequency begins to transform the flowers,
The trees,
The grass that's around you.
Your light increases their light.
Colors begin to bloom.
Colors radiant,
Vibrant,
Beautiful.
The colors of the leaves transform into greens you've never seen.
You feel yourself smiling.
It's as if your body is smiling.
Your light is incredible.
You feel the tree once again calling your energy.
It whispers into your body.
You are enough.
You are perfect as you are.
You need not ever doubt your light.
Look at how your sunshine has transformed this space.
When you let your light shine,
You light up all those that surround you.
It is effortless.
Do not doubt your light.
Do not question your purpose.
You are radiant.
And you are here to do what only you can do.
Each of us light up the world in our own unique way.
It is time to shine your light.
Shine your light for all to see.
You are magnificent.
And you came to this space so that you could learn to believe.
And so God,
Your are awesome.
And rest.
When you feel ready,
You sit up and then stand,
Turning back towards the tree.
You notice that the tree's energy has transformed.
It is a vision of sacred beauty.
You are reminded that what you see is a reflection of your energy.
In this space,
There is divine and expanded unity.
The time has come to give thanks to this sacred tree.
And as you bow your head in gratitude,
A leaf floats down from the branches to you ever so gently.
A gift from this tree,
A reminder that you are not alone,
A reminder that your light is so very needed right now,
A reminder that your light lights up the world.
You can place the leaf in your pocket,
In your heart,
Wherever feels good for you.
It is your gift,
And it will always remain with you.
You begin to make your way back towards the door,
The sunshine still kissing your skin.
You take one last look around you before you open the door and step across the threshold,
Back into your personal sacred space.
Closing the door behind you,
Bring your awareness to your feet and the earth beneath you,
Grounding your energy.
Bringing your awareness to your breath and the rise and fall of your chest.
With each breath in,
Coming back to your body,
With each breath out,
The sacred space gently fades.
It's an effortless transition from the spiritual back into the physical.
Feeling your body,
Bringing your awareness to the music,
Gently playing in the background,
Bringing your awareness to the room around you,
And bringing your awareness to the sounds in the room beyond you.
Having a little stretch if you feel drawn to,
And then opening your eyes whenever you're ready.
Take your time,
Really feeling yourself back,
Grounded in your body.
