Hello,
My name is Emma Lovett.
I'm an intuitive practitioner and for the next few minutes,
I'm going to guide you on a journey where you reconnect with the sacredness of your body and your breath.
So sitting or lying down in a position that's comfortable for you,
Closing your eyes and taking a moment just to feel your body reconnecting with your body and being.
And now gently bringing your awareness to your breath.
Becoming the observer of your body's unique rhythm.
The way you breathe is unique and sacred.
With each inhalation,
Your body is calling in all that you need to receive.
And with each exhalation,
Your body's automatically releasing what you don't need to carry.
Your body and your breath are doing this for you every moment of every day.
So trust your breath is bringing you life force.
Trust that your breath already knows how to center you.
Just feeling your breath flowing to all parts of you.
Letting it relax you.
And when you're ready,
Take a beautiful deep breath in.
Hold and breathe out.
Breathing in again,
Holding and exhaling.
Just allowing your body to shift with effortless ease to these deeper breaths.
There's no right or wrong.
It's just you and your breath.
Letting it relax you.
Returning to the place of stillness within you.
The landscape of your mind becomes quiet as you focus and breathing in and out.
Breathing is cyclical.
And right now your breath is realigning you.
Breathing in and out.
Breathing in and out.
Breathing in and out.
Real breath.
Return to peace.
Real breath.
Everything flows with effortless ease.
Your breath is a pause.
Your mind is suspended.
Your Arabic is calm.
Your Chinese is calm.
The pause between your inhalation and your exhalation.
Your breath radiates through your entire body extends beyond your being your breath expands you when you feel ready,
Take a beautiful deep breath in when you feel like you can't breath in anymore,
Breathe deeper and release when you're ready gently bringing your awareness now your breath and the rise and fall of your chest reconnecting to the beat of your heart shifting your awareness to your body feeling your shoulders and your arms you might like to gently rotate your neck bringing your awareness to your feet and then opening your eyes when you're ready I give our gratitude and honor to you
