Hello,
My name is Emma.
I'm an Intuitive Practitioner and this is a meditation that's really beautiful to do at night time just before you jump into bed.
So I recommend that you sit up in your comfy position in bed or lay down and get comfortable.
This is a really beautiful practice of releasing and receiving before you venture into the dream state and onto your dream journey.
So,
Allowing yourself now to just get comfortable,
Comfy and cozy in your bed.
Whether that's sitting up with the pillows behind you or laying down.
Closing your eyes and bringing your awareness to your breath.
Allowing your breath to relax you.
Giving your body permission to let go and surrender.
Knowing that you are supported by what is beneath you.
You are safe and protected.
Gently letting your breath really flow to all parts of your body now.
Make sure it's going right down to your legs and to your feet.
Without your toes,
Your hands.
Feel it flowing along your spine and across your shoulders.
Down your arms into your hands and out your fingertips.
Feeling it moving up into your neck,
Flowing into your head and extending from the top of your body.
Really bringing your awareness to your breath and how it supports your body.
In this moment you have all that you need.
And now gently bring your awareness to the centre of your chest.
This is known as your sacred heart space.
And from this part of you,
You connect to everybody and every being.
To the universal flow of all that is.
To the planet and the planetary heart.
From this space there are no limitations.
There are no expectations.
There is balance and unity.
It is from the heart that one sees clearly.
Take a moment now to embrace your sacred heart and your unique heart frequency.
Feeling your unique light radiating or sating throughout your body.
Extending beyond your body.
Right when you are acknowledging your unique heart frequency,
You can now call back every part of your energy.
Calling back in free peace of your soul.
Energetic frequencies that belong to you.
I'm calling them back now.
Calling back your energy.
Whether given or taken.
Knowingly or unknowingly.
I'm calling it back to you now.
Taking a nice deep breath in.
Holding for a moment or two before you release.
And now,
Returning all energies that do not belong to you.
Giving back any energetic fragments with love and grace.
Returning all energies that you may have picked up.
Knowingly or unknowingly.
Sending it all back.
Honouring the energetic exchange.
But acknowledging that you do not need to carry that which is not yours.
And you do not need to hold on to any people,
Emotions,
Situations that don't belong to you.
Returning all those energies.
Giving them back without judgement.
Taking a nice deep breath in.
Holding for a moment or two.
And then releasing.
And within your mind or out loud,
Whichever is best for you,
Repeat the following invocation.
All that is mine is returned to me now.
All that is not,
I have given back with grace.
My energy is my own.
I am whole.
I am balanced.
So just letting that invocation radiate through you and beyond you knowing that you are held safe and supported right now in this moment and also throughout all directions,
All dimensions,
All space and time.
Bring your awareness back to your body and taking a moment to acknowledge a part of your body that you'd like to give thanks to.
And honoring your body and all it does for you every day.
Now taking a moment to bring your awareness to something within your day that was beautiful,
It made you smile,
A person,
A moment,
A thought,
A memory.
Giving thanks to that moment honoring its energetic frequency.
Taking a moment to give thanks for where you are,
How far you've come along your journey,
Acknowledging your light and remembering that you came here to shine and without even knowing your inner light ignites the light in others just as the light of others can also ignite and bring your awareness back to your breath and the rise and fall of your chest.
Feeling deeply relaxed.
Feeling grateful.
Feeling whole.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.
