We know thanks to science and many other modalities that everything is made up of vibrating particles.
Everything is frequency.
Things vibrate at different speeds,
Allowing us to experience them in different ways,
Whether something is a solid,
A gas,
Or a liquid.
I won't go into this in much depth,
This is something that you can explore further on your own if you wish,
Diving into quantum physics.
Though I mention this because much of society's focus is just on what we can see,
Hear,
And feel in the physical realm.
Forgetting that everything is frequency and we are electromagnetic beings.
When we open up to the possibility that there's so much more than what we can see with our physical eyes,
We're able to unlock more depth to tend to our well-being.
You see,
There are four main levels at which we can look after ourselves,
Not just the physical.
On the physical level.
We have a show.
We brush her teeth.
We brush our hair.
We eat food,
We drink water.
Perhaps doing some exercise too.
All of these things tend to,
Mainly the physical,
But of course they have an impact on other levels too.
And these are widely accepted in society.
Other levels include the emotional,
The mental.
And the spiritual.
All of these levels are energetic,
They're just at different frequencies.
On the emotional level,
We can tend to our well-being by seeking support,
Speaking to a loved one,
Chatting with friends,
Family.
Journaling,
Finding a creative outlet to release emotions in a constructive way,
Speaking with a coach or a therapist.
And the list goes on.
On the mental level,
Meditation is one of the main ways that we can really tend to our mental well-being.
Finding moments of stillness and quiet when we can simply observe thoughts as they pass without attachment and noticing and reframing any thoughts that are not helping us any thoughts and beliefs that limit us using hypnotherapy or other modalities that work with the subconscious mind all of these different things can really help on the mental level Now on the spiritual level.
Having some kind of belief or faith,
Whatever that may be for you.
This is something that can really create a sense of well-being at a very deep level.
And really understanding that we are energetic beings and tending to that.
There are many different practices that we can do to really help strengthen that.
Many years ago,
After years and years of one-on-one clients,
I found myself completely burnt out.
I hadn't been paying attention to the energetic realm.
I was listening to people's problems,
Day in,
Day out,
And I started to feel heavy,
Tired,
Exhausted.
And the more aware I became of this,
And the more I tuned in within,
I began to realize that I needed to create some kind of energetic cleansing practice.
This then became a simple daily practice that I do every single day.
At the end of the day,
Clearing away anything that I may have picked up upon.
Throughout the day on an energetic level,
Releasing that and letting it go.
So then I could go to bed feeling more refreshed and wake up the next day feeling even better.
Fast forward now many years later,
I can really tell the difference.
If there's ever a day I miss this,
Soon I feel run down.
It really makes a huge difference to me and my well-being.
And I think for many other people it does too,
Just that most people are not even aware of the importance of this,
Especially in today's world.
If we are consuming negative news stories,
And of course it's important to know what's happening in the world.
But if we're consuming all of this and we're caught up in challenging conversations,
Stress,
Overwhelm,
Anxiety,
Noticing different emotions arising throughout the day,
Being surrounded by people and their challenges and their problems,
Lending an ear to a loved one who perhaps is going through a challenging time,
All of these things on an energetic level create an impact.
So i invite you to try this following practice.
It's simple and effective.
Sometimes for the mind it seems too simple and just pay attention to that because often the mind wants to create excuses or reasons why things won't work or why we can't do certain things.
Try with open curiosity.
Commit to yourself for one week every single day doing this in the evening or the morning or whenever you feel that you need it.
Notice what changes as you do.
Perhaps an easy way to help the logical mind with this is to rate now out of 10 how much vitality and calm do you feel right now?
How much energy do you notice?
Rate out of 10 like how do you feel and then at the end of the week once again rate out of 10.
Notice what changes.
So you can do this following practice.
Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
Make sure you're not operating any machinery.
You're in a place where you can connect with yourself.
You can do this sitting down or standing up.
I often do this standing up,
So find what works for you.
Take a moment to close your eyes,
And if this is available to you,
Raising your arms upwards,
Though this is not absolutely necessary if you don't want to do this,
I find it to raise my arms upwards,
Stretch upwards as if you're connecting to a wonderful,
Beautiful sunshine above you.
Allow that warmth and that sunshine,
That light to fill your hands,
Fill your arms,
To flow all the way down into your body,
Through your head,
Arms,
Torso,
And connecting with that inner light within you,
Within your chest.
Continuing to flow down,
All the way down your hips,
Legs,
Knees,
Ankles and feet,
And then into the ground.
And feel free to lower your arms whenever feels right for you.
Almost as if you are a pillar,
A pillar of light connected from above and connected down to the ground.
Allowing that light from this beautiful sunshine above you.
To shower you with this light using the power of your creative mind.
And you don't need to see a clear image here,
Just setting the intention.
Can experience that sharab light in whatever way feels good for you.
Perhaps it feels like being under a waterfall.
Perhaps it feels like soft rain.
Perhaps it feels like gentle warmth on a summer day.
Notice what feels good for you.
As that light flows down through you into the ground.
You also receive.
This nourishing,
Loving energy.
And you can visualize this in whatever color resonates for you coming up from the earth into your body too.
Opening up to receiving support from above,
From below,
From life.
You are the bridge between the energetic and the earthly material realms.
You are an expression of the divine in this human experience.
Reconnecting in this way can really help to remember this.
And as you reconnect in this way.
Allow this support to wash away any energies that are no longer serving you now.
To let that go.
To release.
Just setting that intention.
And noticing how the power of your breath can really help you with this.
Every exhale.
Sighing out,
Releasing,
Allowing your shoulders to drop,
Your jaw to drop and soften.
Your belly to soften.
Every breath releasing more and more.
Sometimes what can be helpful is to actually physically do this.
In the sense imagining that you are in a shower.
In a shower of light and simply just run your hands over your body if that's available to you as if you're brushing off cobwebs.
Brushing them off into a purple flame that's beside you on the ground,
A purple flame that is contained,
A purple flame that can transform and transmute everything that's placed in it now.
Brushing off the cobwebs from your head,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Belly,
Jaw,
Hips,
Legs,
Back of the body,
And neck.
Notice which parts of the body you feel drawn to intuitively.
This can be an interesting thing to notice every day,
It will be different.
Releasing all of that into the purple flame.
And then you can simply imagine that everything disappears.
Or what I like to do is to click my fingers and set the intention that it's gone transmuted and I let that go.
From here,
Placing your hands over your heart.
Noticing that life within as you breathe in and out.
Feeling into your body now.
What do you notice?
And underneath your hands in the heart space.
Imagine that there's this beautiful light that with every breath becomes bigger and brighter,
This warmth of the heart.
This light of the heart.
Here is a good opportunity to really acknowledge yourself and to bring words of kindness,
Tenderness and presence to yourself.
Take a moment to notice what words feel good for you right now.
And if you need some support with this,
Perhaps some simple phrases such as,
Thank you for being you.
All,
I'm here.
Can make all the difference.
And from connecting to this space,
This inner light.
And the space of the heart.
Notice how it's so much easier to connect to gratitude now.
Think of one thing right now.
That you appreciate in your life.
This could be one little thing in life.
Or it could be something really significant for you.
One thing you appreciate right here,
Right now.
Take a moment to reflect on that.
Connect with that.
And when we're connecting with gratitude,
It can be really helpful to notice the details.
To notice the details when we think about it,
When we talk about it,
When we remember it.
For example,
It's not just feeling grateful for a chair to sit on.
It's feeling grateful for the soft support that your back can lean against.
Is not just feeling grateful for air to breathe,
It's noticing the rise and fall of the chest with every inhale and exhale that brings life to you right here,
Right now.
The more details we notice.
The more gratitude we can feel.
Noticing how thinking of that,
Connecting with that,
Starts to create little shifts within your physiology.
Starts to create changes within your energetic field.
And this is a simple practice.
You can come back to any time you need to reset,
Recharge.
It can be really beneficial to do this daily,
Though even just trying this once can help.
A chance to release,
Reconnect.
And come back to a place of gratitude.
And with a deep inhale in.
And an exhale out.
You can gently open your eyes if you have them closed.
Bringing your awareness back to here and now in the space that you're in.
Noticing the contact of your body against whatever it's in contact with.
Really feeling that support.
And that holding right here right now.
And from here.
