Emily Brown, MD is a family physician, parent and poet. After completing yoga teacher training in 2011, she taught yoga and mindfulness to her classmates throughout medical school and residency. She now practices medicine while raising her 3 young children near Philadelphia. Emily is deeply grateful to the Insight Timer community for helping her through the challenges of medical training and motherhood, and feels honored to contribute to the healing collective.
