Welcome to this in-bulk meditation.
Give yourself a moment to get comfortable,
To let your body relax and be in a posture of receiving,
Of surrender,
Maybe even exploration and curiosity.
Once you're situated,
Once your body feels good,
Wherever it is,
Notice your breath.
Notice the rhythm in your breathing in this moment.
And if it feels good,
Take three deep breaths,
Filling your lungs up,
Holding at the top and exhaling through your mouth.
Another deep inhale all the way down to your toes.
Holding,
Exhaling,
Letting go.
And on this final inhale,
Filling yourself up,
Holding at the top,
Letting it all go and letting yourself sink into the surface your body is resting in.
Do you feel the fire returning,
The days lengthening slowly,
Even in the midst of winter when it's still cold?
What's quickening in your life and in your body?
What are you ready for now that you weren't ready for at the solstice?
How has your energy shifted?
What have you been noticing growing in your life,
In your experience,
In your readiness and in your outlook?
What have you let go of?
What no longer has a place in your life now?
What are you welcoming in?
What are you awakening to?
What fires are you tending?
What flames are growing in the hearth of your life?
Take a deep breath in,
Hold it at the top,
Open your mouth,
Let it all go.
Take another deep breath if it feels good.
Follow your inhale down into your belly,
Down into your hips on the exhale.
On the next inhale,
Move your awareness to include your pelvis,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your toes,
Inhaling even into your calves,
Your ankles,
Your feet,
Your toes.
Taking just a minute to be with your breath.
Acknowledge your body breathing you alive every moment of every day.
And take a moment in thanks for your body.
Who is so incredibly devoted to you being.
And let yourself settle a little deeper into your body.
Feeling your head and shoulders,
Your hips and heels.
Heavy on whatever surface you are resting on.
Your next exhale,
Let a little more go into the surface.
Take another inhale,
Trust in the universe in the process.
And exhale,
Let go a little more control.
Let yourself be with this moment,
With this season in your life.
And let yourself be with your flame.
The flame within you that's burning.
You can simply ask for it.
And notice what you perceive about it.
Is it steady?
Is it strong?
Is it a flicker?
Allow whatever your flame is in this moment.
And let yourself be with that experience,
That awareness.
This flame of yours.
Now,
We invite in the goddess Bridget.
Fire goddess,
A keeper of the flame.
A strength,
A champion of the feminine.
We invite in Bridget,
This goddess of Ireland.
Giving thanks to her for being and for being available.
And invite Bridget right in,
As close to you as you like.
And ask her for a gift or for guidance,
Whichever is relevant for you.
What's your ask from Bridget in this moment?
And then let yourself,
Your body,
And your flame receive that.
And breathe that in.
Again,
Thanking her for this gift,
This guidance,
For her presence,
For her strength,
Thanking her for her flame.
And ask her,
Does she have any requests of you?
Receiving that,
Thanking her again,
And bidding her farewell.
Bring this energy,
This gift,
This guidance,
Into your experience.
Right into your flame.
Letting it be a gift to you and your body and your flame.
What is now the time and space for?
What is this season,
This moment,
Calling you into?
What is Bridget's invitation for you in this moment?
What is this season?
Take a deep breath,
Inhaling that.
Exhale,
Letting go of everything in the way.
Begin to come back into your body.
Breathing into this moment,
Feeling the surface your body is resting on.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Stretching,
Shaking your hips,
Whatever feels good as you move back into wakefulness and waking life.
And take a stretch.
Sit up if you are lying down,
Maybe open your eyes.
And what is yours to choose now?
Many fiery in-bulk blessings to you,
Dear one.
