Day 6 of the HeartWorkers Meditation Journey. No one knows better than you what to do. When you face a challenge, it’s because you can learn from it. You can look at it in the eyes and grow together with it. There are no mistakes, only learnings opportunities. Namaste. Co-Writer: Aurelie Brisac

Welcome to day 6 of the Heart Workers 21 Day Meditation journey.

Sit with a straight spine or lie down.

Relax your shoulders.

Rest your hands on your knees.

Close your eyes and take this time to connect with your own body.

Start to notice the shape of your body.

Relax any area of tension and start to focus now on your breath.

Notice each breath as it flows gently in and out of your body,

Without any effort.

Now bring your attention to your heart space in the center of your chest.

You are safe.

As you are safe now,

You can place your awareness on one challenge you have faced in your recent past.

It can be in your personal life,

Your professional environments or your physical being.

Have you noticed how difficult it was to go through it?

Have you noticed how unclear the situation seemed to be?

How unlikely you felt you could solve it?

And how unfair it seemed to have to live through it?

Now do you remember how all those doubts dissipated the minute you gained clarity?

Take the time to think that challenge.

It has helped you reveal a new part of yourself.

It has made you a stronger being.

It has changed you forever.

Reconcile with the fact that inside every challenge leaves a gift for you to grow.

From now on,

Unwrap that gift with curiosity,

With faith,

Hope and love.

Carefully reconsider challenges you have faced or maybe in the midst of and think of them as seeds for continued personal growth.

Inhale opportunity,

Exhale boundary,

Inhale expansion,

Exhale restriction,

Inhale growth,

Exhale struggle.

Look at the challenges differently and embark on this journey where facing reality is a blessing.

Now let's repeat three times in your mind today's affirmation.

I thank the challenges I face.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

You can turn your attention to your breath,

Noticing each inhale and each exhale.

Or simply relax into the quiet.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.
