Welcome to day 5 of the Heart Workers 21 Day Meditation journey.
Sit with a straight spine or lie down.
Relax your shoulders.
Rest your hands on your knees.
Close your eyes.
And take this time to connect with your own body.
Let your muscles become loose.
Starting with your feet.
Your lower legs.
Knees.
Upper legs.
Torso.
Back.
Shoulders.
Arms.
Hands.
And face.
Relax your whole body.
Feel your body loose.
And relax.
Turn your attention now to your breath.
Noticing each breath as it flows gently in and out of your body.
Without any effort.
Without any effort.
How many times have your friends called you to find peace,
Clarity,
Love or just to have fun?
How many times by just being you have you put a smile on someone else's face?
Many times.
And have you ever celebrated yourself for just one of those moments?
You were just you,
Enough as you are.
And it impacted positively someone else.
Take the time now to think of one of those moments.
Imagine how you can celebrate yourself today for that precious moment.
Self-promotion is not arrogance.
It is self-reliance.
It is self-reliance.
It is self-reliance.
Self-reliance is self-reliance.
Think of a physical award you would pick for you.
What shape will it be?
What will it be?
What will it be?
What will it be?
What will it be?
Laugh at yourself.
How heavy is it?
Feel the physicality of this award as you hold it in your hands.
What else can you do to please yourself?
Smile at yourself while you imagine the possibilities.
Notice what it feels like to be celebrated,
To be rewarded.
Do you feel empowered?
Do you feel proud of being yourself?
Do you feel joy in your hearts?
Now let's repeat three times in your mind today's affirmation.
I celebrate my being.
I celebrate my being.
I celebrate my being.
I will remain silent now for a few minutes.
You can turn your attention to your breath,
Noticing each inhale and each exhale.
Or simply relax into the quiet.
You can turn your attention to your breath,
Noticing each inhale and each exhale.
You can turn your attention to your breath,
Noticing each inhale and each exhale.
You can turn your attention to your breath,
Noticing each inhale and each exhale.
You can turn your attention to your breath,
Noticing each inhale and each exhale.
You can turn your attention to your breath,
Noticing each inhale and each exhale.
Slowly begin to reawaken and notice how joyful and calm you are.
Allow your awareness to turn slowly to your body.
Feel the flow beneath you.
Notice the sounds around you.
Allow each part of the body to reawaken slowly.
And as you move forward throughout the rest of your day,
You might notice the chatter arising again.
When it happens,
Calmly look at it and with equal ease try to revisit today's affirmation as often as possible.
I celebrate my being.
Gently now open your eyes.
Welcome back to your awakened hearts.
Namaste.
