Music Hello, Together we're going to go through a mantra for achieving goals and aligning them with the divinity within ourselves. I came up with this when I had a lot to do and a few specific goals in mind which I felt calling out to me from deep within. It helped me to stay focused and grounded while I got to work and even when I had downtime. I hope that it will offer you a way to organize yourself when you want to put in the work every day for it to lead up to something big, Your purpose, Your vision for your life. You can only become truly accomplished at something you love. Don't make money your goal. Instead, Pursue the things that you love doing and then do them so well that people can't take their eyes off of you. You can only become truly accomplished at something you love. This quote by Maya Angelou reminds me that love is the blossoming of the flower, The banana becoming ripe and yellow, The bean coming from the vine high above the ground, The chicken laying the egg, The human ecstatic, Joyful, And sweet. And if we are sweet, Then we can accomplish whatever we touch because everything you produce while being loving is appropriate for the situation. You can be loving at work. You can be loving while in an abusive relationship. It doesn't mean you do something. You do what is required of you to be loving. Adapting to the current circumstance and exploring your potential is everything. Allowing love to enter not just the nice spots where it looks good, But also the parts that are cracked and hurting that have been neglected. We need to be loving there too. And when we illuminate many, Many facets of our being, We see the vision of our life. We see the areas where we once could not see. And it all starts to make sense. Goals become stepping stones along the path of where our highest self is destined. And when we do what we love, That connection strengthens us. It strengthens something inside of us that has always been yearning to be going forward. And our ability to move along a soulfully fulfilling path becomes realized instead of one that drags and creates friction for you. It's all about being in alignment with our soul's purpose. Making something like money your goal is tricky because it can be fulfilling and successful. But it's also very important to have a vision for your goals to make sure that they are all aligned with your highest self. First, Let's get comfortable and settle into a cross-legged posture with the hands open, Facing upward. Maintain a straight back with its natural curves. With the face slightly upturned, Allow your focus to rest between the eyebrows. Then gently close the eyes and mouth. Repeat this mantra with me and as my voice fades, Yours can grow in presence.
