What a potently breathtaking practice as I listened in my infinite stillness to sounds that never were. My Earth Self emerged from Mother Earth’s in a very powerful way, as I followed Elliott’s gentle guidance. I felt grounded and moved visualising and listening to the extraordinary soundscape in the forest. My vision became alive as I watched and felt my Earth Self sprouting from the woodland floor and could smell the soil and the fresh atmosphere I was surrounded in! The profundity of no other whilst setting my deepest intention - a unique and healing adventure.
