Hello and welcome back to Unleash Your Peace.

My name is Elly Shojia.

I am your host.

I'm a positive mindset coach,

A personal transformation expert,

A deliberate creator,

And I am your peace trainer.

And this podcast over here,

Unleash Your Peace,

Is your peace training.

Every single week,

We dive into a different topic about the internal world.

We do that over the course of five episodes published Monday through Friday.

The episodes are short.

They're about 10 minutes each.

That way,

Every single day,

You have something really uplifting and positive to listen to to inspire you to go inward where your peace resides.

Your peace,

Your creativity,

Your joy,

Your love,

Everything that brings you fulfillment is within you.

And when we go inward,

When we live from this place of joy and peace and connectedness to that internal infinite beingness of us,

We don't just incrementally improve the quality of our lives.

We actually exponentially innovate every aspect of our experiences on this physical plane.

We become whole.

We become uplifters in our families and our communities.

We become the deliberate creators we came here to be,

And we live our best and most authentic lives.

And that is my wish for you.

That's my wish for every person on this planet.

Now,

This week,

We have a really fun topic.

The last few weeks were kind of heavy.

We dove into our blind spots,

All of those beliefs.

We have a lot of guilt and shame around and how to release them.

So I thought we'll do something really fun this week,

And we'll talk about creativity.

And yesterday,

We introduced a slightly different definition of creativity than we are generally used to.

Usually we talk about creativity in relation to artistic endeavors,

Being able to find or contribute something new and valuable to society,

For example,

An idea or a scientific theory or musical composition or literary work and things like that.

That is actually only part of what creativity is.

That's our very narrow definition of creativity,

Because those are tangible things we can see from the outside.

What creativity,

In my opinion,

Actually is a connection that you experience with your inner being that allows you to tap into your true nature,

Which is that of a creator.

We came here to create,

And creating doesn't necessarily mean writing a book or starting a business or having some kind of a scientific breakthrough.

It can also be going for a walk on the beach.

It can also be rearranging the furniture in your house.

It can be the way you brush your daughter's hair or the stretches that you do in the morning.

When we feel inspired to act,

Whether it is to swim across the Atlantic or go for a hike or a jog or learn how to scuba dive,

All of those things are part of the creation of us,

Because they are part of our expansion.

Every experience that we participate in is a part of our expansion.

It is contributing to the expansion of our beingness,

And that's what creativity,

In my opinion,

Actually is.

It's when we translate the inspiration we receive from our inner being into an idea that we can then execute.

And it doesn't have to have some kind of physical existence in the physical world.

It doesn't have to be seen by anyone.

You can literally be in your living room,

In your bedroom,

And you can be writing something down for yourself,

And that is still creativity.

When you turn that inspiration into an idea within your mind,

You have created something out of its potential.

And along these lines of creation and creativity,

I do want to propose an idea for you today,

And that is this.

So we already talked about creativity is how we create,

Is how we translate inspiration into an idea.

But creation itself,

To create something in the world,

Is always,

Always,

Always a two-step process.

The first step is creating within our minds,

And we usually call it an idea.

So having an idea.

When you have an idea of something,

So let's say you have an idea for writing a book or starting a business,

That is the first step in creation.

So you have created something out of its potential.

Without this first step,

The thing itself cannot be.

It does not exist.

That thing does not exist until you conceive of it,

Until you turn that inspiration into an idea using creativity that is within you.

Now the second step is turning that idea into its physical manifestation.

And here is the real question.

When then does the idea turn into the thing?

How do we go from step one to step two?

And the answer is so simple.

When the idea becomes so real in your mind that you can feel it,

You can feel its reality,

Then and only then does it turn into reality in the physical world.

Now this simple explanation of creation is what manifestation is.

It's what law of attraction is.

It's you have an idea,

You have a book in your mind,

And that book remains inside your mind until it becomes so real that in your mind you then start holding the book,

The physical book in your hands,

And you can see it done.

You can see people reacting to it.

You can feel the emotion of pride when you share it with your friends.

And when you feel that,

When it becomes so real that emotionally you are connected to it,

So that reality of it in your mind,

That idea has turned into a reality inside of you that you can feel and believe and actually interact with,

All of a sudden that book starts coming into existence in your physical world.

And it happens despite all of the resistance that we put in our own way.

The moment we believe it,

The moment it becomes real in our minds,

It starts becoming real in the physical world until all of a sudden one day we're looking at our laptop at the completed book and we are thinking,

How did that happen?

I can't believe I wrote an entire book.

Pretty amazing.

So today I simply want to leave you with that,

That creation is a two-step process that we use creativity to turn inspiration into an idea.

And then we use creativity to build out that idea within our minds into a real thing.

And then we use creativity to bring that real thing into the physical world.

And all of those actions of creation we perform with such ease and intuition because we are here to create because innately we are creators,

We are infinite beings who are quite good at creating.

Even despite our efforts to get in our own ways with our doubts and fears and all of this resistance that we introduced into the process of creation,

We still manage to create all sorts of incredible things.

We manage to create all sorts of incredible ideas and then we turn those ideas into real things within our minds and then we turn those real things that are inside our minds into real things in the world.

And that is quite incredible that we have this ability to do that.

Today I'll leave you with that.
