Returning to you,

Pure,

Without reactivity,

Your essence,

Your strengths,

Your talents,

Your dreams,

Your goals.

Who are you now when your mind quiets down?

Who is there?

Who is left?

Who is alive?

Is it safe to let go of the chatter and get to know what you really feel?

What you really want?

And what matters to you?

How you matter?

Let the breath allow you to just be.

Let the breath give you room to fully exist.

Let the breath hold you,

Soothe you,

Comfort you,

Carry you.

There is a pure you in there who is aware,

Who is wise to one's wants,

Needs,

And desires.

Explore that pure you.

Allow the breath to comfort the fear and allow the fear to be without confiscating you.

Take time to appreciate what is here for you.

Take time to find it.

Take time to embrace it.

Take this time to breathe into who you are,

Letting go of mind chatter when it arises.

You will hear my voice in a few minutes again.

Feel free to take more time with your breath,

Allowing yourself to experience your essence.

I hope you've experienced more of the pure you and that you will go forth experiencing how much you matter.
