Blossoming seeds nidra and nidra to embody your intentions beginning by lying down making yourself comfortable maybe bringing a pillow underneath your knees and underneath head and allowing your feet to fall just a little bit wider than hip distance apart,
Arms lying out by your sides,
Palms facing up towards the sky and taking a deep breath in all the way down to the tips of your toes and letting out a big exhale through the mouth one more deep breath inhaling in and letting go through the mouth it's beginning to become aware of the support of the earth beneath your body so you feel the back of your head dropping deep into our embrace the backs of the shoulders the length of the arms all the way down to the backs of the hands upper back,
Middle back,
Lower back the backs of the legs all the way down to the heels of the feet all dropping deep into the embrace of the earth beneath beginning to become aware of how your body is feeling today just exploring from head to toe the landscape of your body noticing areas of tension as well as areas of comfort and within your body beginning to become aware of the movement of breath just noticing how your breath is today deep or shallow,
Fast or slow and beginning to become aware of the quality of your mind today noticing the tone of your thoughts whether your mind feels scattered or present,
Fast or slow and beginning to invite your awareness all the way home to heart centre softening beneath the breastbone and listening here for an intention seed a seed that you would love to sow deep within your embodied experience of life and really feeling the essence of your intention how does it feel within your physical body and the golden seed begins to appear in front of you and you feel the seed vibrating with the essence of your intention you begin to sow an intention seed at the crown of the head feeling as it blossoms into the most beautiful flower sowing an intention seed between the eyebrows of the third eye feeling as the seed blossoms into a beautiful flower sowing the seed at the throat centre between the two collar bones feeling a flower blossoming here sowing a seed at the right shoulder feeling a flower blossom the right elbow palm of the right hand sowing blossoming seeds at the tip of each finger the thumb index middle ring and little finger and feeling all of these flowers connected by a network of roots letting your awareness flow all the way up through this root network through your right arm back to the throat centre and sowing seeds of intention at the left shoulder left elbow left wrist palm of the left hand the tip of each finger left thumb index middle ring finger and little finger feeling all of these seeds blossoming into the most beautiful flowers as your awareness flows up through that root network through your left arm all the way back to throat centre and planting a seed of intention at the home of the heart feeling as the seed blossoms into the most beautiful flower and planting a seed at the solar plexus at the navel at the horror just below the belly button and at the pubic bone all blossoming into the most beautiful flowers sowing seeds at the right hip right knee and at the right foot and each of the toes the tip of the big toe second toe third fourth and little toe all blossoming into beautiful flowers your awareness all blossoming into beautiful flowers your awareness flows back up the roots of the right leg back to the pubic bone and sowing seeds of intention at the left hip left knee left foot and the tip of each of the toes so that big toe second toe third fourth and little toe all blossoming into the most beautiful flowers beginning to become aware of the whole of your body each flower connected at its roots your body a blossoming garden of intention and beginning to let your awareness fall at the flower located at your heart just below your belly button noticing how with every inhale the belly rises and the flower blossoms open and with every exhale the belly falls and the flower closes into a bud inhaling flower blossoms open belly rises open belly rises exhale softening into a bud belly falls we add a count inhaling 11 exhaling 11 inhaling 10 exhaling 10 inhaling 9 exhaling 9 continuing all the way from eight to one you reach one where you lose count it's coming back to 11 so so and letting go of the counting feeling the cool crisp grass of the garden of your body beneath your feet feeling the whole of the landscape of your body vibrating with the essence of your intention as you begin to explore the garden of your body it's noticing all of the beautiful flowers that have blossomed from your seeds noticing the ancient trees and all of the birds and bees feeling the whole garden of your body alive with intention alive with beauty and taking some moments here to soften home to yourself feeling a deep sense of peace of belonging of inspiration as you explore the beautiful garden of your body so I'm beginning to lie down in the soft grass placing your hands on your heart and silently vibrating your intention through your being feeling the support of the earth beneath you and the support of the same fertile earth deep within you as you silently say to yourself I've been practicing yoga nidra and the practice of yoga nidra is now complete deepening the breath breathing fresh life into fingers and into toes as you gently begin to awaken movement in your body awakening into this beautiful new day you
