Good morning,
Everyone.
Good evening,
Good afternoon,
Wherever you are,
And welcome to this week's Weekly Energy Boost.
My name is Ali Sheva,
And I am here this morning with David,
Believe it or not.
He has been MIA for the last couple weeks,
So I know that everybody's going to jump on to listen,
Listening live,
And sending David all of their applause and likes and whatnot this morning.
We are here to talk about,
And this is the culmination,
The fourth episode in the series this month.
We are talking today about fear,
And how fear,
This has been the general theme of the last few episodes,
But fear is one of the greatest barriers between us and the fulfillment of our fullest potential,
Which also means the experience of our maximum fulfillment.
That's one of the things that the Kabbalists teach,
Is that you want to be happier,
Fulfill more of your potential.
And I think we tend to perceive that the less I do,
The happier I'll be.
We're not talking about physically being busy or running on a hamster wheel or anything like that,
Even though life may seem like that sometimes.
The goal is to manifest our potential,
And through that experience,
The greatest amount of fulfillment.
And this week,
We're going to be really supported to expand and manifest our potential.
That was you.
Manifest our potential,
And we're going to talk about exactly how.
The Weekly Energy Boost is your seven-day spiritual energy forecast.
David and I,
And sometimes our guests,
Reveal,
Share,
Unleash wisdom and tools so as to help our listeners achieve their potential and maximum fulfillment.
Of course,
We're focusing on what the opportunity is in front of us,
But inevitably,
We gain lessons that are valuable anytime,
Anywhere,
Forever and ever.
Amen.
So today,
As I said before,
We're focusing on fear.
I think because fear is one of those things that you can't,
You don't really just stop from logically understanding fear is not good.
We all understand that fear is a negative thing.
Of course,
There are positive fears,
Right?
Fear of losing one's teeth might motivate us to take good care of our teeth,
Or fear of death or illness may help us stay healthy and make healthy choices.
But we are talking about the fears that I think all of us,
Myself included,
Experience on a more daily basis,
Things from fear of losing loved ones,
Fear of failure.
I don't think that today's episode is really about arachnophobia or fear of heights because that's more of a.
.
.
Those are more soul-based,
Based on previous lifetimes,
Especially when they're not related to anything that you've experienced in this life.
So for example,
If a person got a really bad spider bite when they were a kid and then spent their lives being afraid of spiders,
That would make sense.
But usually,
Those kind of phobias are without precedent.
A fear of heights is usually without precedent.
So we're not talking about phobias today as much as we are the day-to-day fears and anxieties that paralyze us,
That prevent us from living our lives fully and completely,
And also to understand the value.
Why are those fears even there?
There is a purpose.
There is a meaning.
There is utility there,
But we want to get to the utility and not just let those fears define us or control us.
I've seen a direct correlation between when a person's life not being simple,
A person's life being complicated,
And anxiety and fear.
So there is a direct correlation of when we overcomplicate our lives and we have too many factors involved in our lives that there's more fear involved.
I'm almost like on this crusade with my own students in my own classes where I'm trying to have people focus.
There's so much out there now on spirituality and personal transformation that we're getting overwhelmed with the amount of things that we need to work on,
The amount of things we need to focus on,
On top of all the other responsibilities that we have that we fall behind on,
On top of the existential chaos that's going on around us that we get worried about.
At the end of the day,
It's always important to focus on one,
Maybe two things that you're working on spiritually because then you'll have the stamina and the energy to overcome your fears when they come upon you.
So it's one of the things I check in from trying to educate my children and the way I educate my children is the way I'm trying to educate my own audience is I want them to focus on two things all the time.
So I tell my kids and there are four.
I mean they're young.
So I'm saying I just want you to focus on sharing and certainty.
So I tell my kids over and over again.
I remember one of the teachers said something to me like 10 years ago even before I had kids.
He said something so powerful.
He's like,
Just remember how patient you need to be with your children.
You have to tell them the same thing over 100 times for them to even know that you're saying it.
So I think that's also very helpful because sometimes you share something with someone and you expect them to understand it.
So I figured I need to say it to them 100 days in a row,
The value and the importance of sharing,
Whatever that means.
Let me go through examples and then certainty.
And I define certainty for them as everything's going to be okay.
So those are the two things,
Right?
Do I want them now to think about like 5,
000 other things and Hanukkah and this?
I mean obviously there's all that stuff,
That education that's around there.
But in terms of their spiritual work,
I mean I'm not saying this isn't the right way to do it and every parent's going to have a different way of doing it.
But I also tell this to my students.
I'm asking them,
Are you increasing your desire to share,
Your ability to add value to everybody in your immediate vicinity and outside of that?
And are you increasing that muscle of certainty from the smallest challenges that happen to the biggest?
And you'll see that you have a lot more energy to overcome challenges and fears and you're not anxious as much when you're focused on those two things.
I think for most of us,
We don't approach our fears proactively.
We wait until we feel them.
That's right.
We wait until we feel them.
We handle or tackle our fears when they come up.
And Kabbalah's approach,
No matter what we're talking about,
It can be fear,
Relationships,
Money,
The buzzword that's going to over our arch cover all topics is being proactive.
Not waiting until the balance in the bank is close to zero to deal with the money fears.
Not waiting until the partner is looking at other people to have that insecurity and those fears come up.
But dealing with the fears when they're not exacerbated,
Dealing with the fears when they're not on fire is actually the most important approach.
I don't want to say the most important,
But if we want to be successful in transforming our fears,
We have to start when they're non issues.
That's right.
Part of the thing that we want to come to the realization about is that my soul,
And this connects both last week and two weeks ago's episodes,
My soul is a beacon.
And when I say beacon,
I don't mean it in a cliche kind of way.
I mean it literally that our soul is constantly receiving broadcasts from the mothership,
From the universe,
The creator,
The light,
However you want to call it.
And if I can stay tuned into that broadcast,
I'll always be guided.
I'll always have certainty.
I'll always be in the right place at the right time.
Peace of mind,
Serenity,
Compassion,
Empathy.
The problem is that there is this other force within us,
Our ego,
Our opponent,
Call it what you want.
It's essential for being on this planet,
But it's also essential that we control it rather than it control us.
And so I think the first step to understanding and working through fear is to understand my fear is not really mine.
It's not really real.
It's a construct of my ego.
And if I can stay in tune and in touch with my soul,
Who knows the part of me that knows everything that sees from the beginning to the end,
That sees the goodness behind the difficulty underneath the pain,
Et cetera,
I will develop a reservoir of strength to navigate that which I'm afraid of,
Right?
Because the soul doesn't experience fear.
It only,
It is in a constant state of love and kindness and certainty.
The I remember reading the only pain that the soul really knows is compassion,
That it feels others pain,
But it doesn't actually feel the pain that we feel.
And tapping into that as a realization,
I would call that maybe point number one is that fear is ego-based.
You are naturally not afraid of anything when you are connected to that natural state of being connected to the light.
It's only the ego that tempts us into shrinking and shirking away from whatever opportunity the fear is pretending we should be afraid of.
That's like the starting point is to understand our soul is not afraid,
Which means that we are naturally not afraid,
Not worried,
Not anxious.
And if we can find ways to strengthen that connection,
Which we talked about again last week and the week before,
That already will begin to diminish the strength of the fears that we have.
A deeper way of looking at fear,
According to the Kabbalists,
If you have to look at it from a Kabbalistic lens,
Is that the soul has a journey to achieve its perfection.
So that perfection means that it has complete affinity with the light of the Creator and its qualities.
The qualities of the Creator become that of the soul.
Now a person comes life after life working on these things and that soul gets put into certain situations,
Certain families,
Certain challenging and difficult moments in their life.
Often it says that a person has ten major tests that they go through to help cleanse that negativity that wraps around the soul.
But that person comes life to life.
Now there are three levels of messages that the Creator gives us to bring us closer to affinity of form with the Creator.
The worst is death and then there's pain and suffering and then there's the voice of the opponent.
So these are the three levels and I'll explain them real quick.
Death is that final act of cleansing that the universe,
That is precipitated from the Creator but the universe puts upon us so that we start over the process for whatever reason because we can't do it in this life.
The soul leaves the body and obtains a cleansing process that happens in the upper world and then comes back into a new life.
Often times that soul will split into more souls and each will take upon its correction diluted in a diluted way.
But before death,
So that a person doesn't have to go through death,
A person goes through pain,
Pain and suffering.
So that can be anything when a person gets sick,
When a person has their money taken away from them,
When a person is rejected or goes through failure or something you've been working on for a long time that doesn't work out for you,
There's pain and suffering that happens.
Now why is that happening?
That's to help give you a message to elevate your consciousness and cleanse so that you don't have to go through death.
And even before pain and suffering there's something that happens so that you don't have to go through pain and suffering which is the general voice of the opponent,
Which is the fear that you feel.
So when the opponent is talking to you and you feel fear,
This is actually a very good sign.
It's a sign that the Creator is trying to get close to you.
It's a sign that there's something that wants to be revealed to you and it's a sign that you now have an opportunity to avoid pain and suffering.
So when you feel,
And then of course ultimately death,
When you feel the fear,
This should trigger in your mind a very,
You are in a very positive place because it's the universe giving you the first message,
The first level of a message of proactively taking control over your life so you don't have to go through pain and suffering and ultimately death.
So when a person wakes up in the morning and they feel and they hear the voice of the opponent and there's anxiety or there's doom,
Impending doom,
Or they become frantic or they enter into a drama in their mind,
You have to stop and say,
Wait a second,
This is a good sign.
This is a good sign.
I want this.
I want this voice.
And now I can do something about it.
But this is a good sign.
The Creator's giving me an opportunity to clean my slate so that I don't have to go through pain and suffering and ultimately death.
Now,
To piggyback on what you were sharing,
Fear is basically an indication that we need to go to,
We can,
I don't want to use the word need,
We can go to the next level of our certainty in the Creator.
That that's really,
I mean,
You'll find it all over the writings of the Kabbalists.
That's one of our main purposes in existing is to develop complete certainty in the light force of the Creator.
Fear is the antithesis of that.
And some of you who are listening might say,
I have complete faith in the Creator.
I have complete trust in the light.
I have certainty.
But when we are faced with a fear,
What we're really saying is,
I'm not sure the Creator knows what's best for me.
I'm not sure the light force of the Creator is an endless force of giving and sharing or has my best interests at heart.
I'm not sure that it's all good.
And someone was writing a comment in the chat here that what triggers our fears is real,
And that's where it gets difficult.
But the Kabbalists would say,
Even what's triggering the fears isn't real.
And this is something that we bring up in the podcast from time to time that according to Kabbalah,
The physical reality isn't real.
It's a Hollywood production that is orchestrated to bring us to our ultimate potential and to experience the ultimate fulfillment we can experience.
So even though the empty bank account may feel very real or a loved one being ill feels very real,
It's there,
The whole orchestration,
I can't think of a better word,
Is there to get us to our next level,
To get whoever is involved in experiencing the fear to their next level.
So it's important that we remember that the,
I don't like to use the word test,
I know you like to use the word test,
But it's as though every time something comes to trigger our fear,
It's really the universe saying,
Have you developed more certainty?
There's an opportunity for you to develop more certainty.
And I remember a couple months ago,
I think it was in September,
Michael Berg gave a lecture about this idea that we want to make sure that we are embracing those moments of lack of clarity when things,
We can't see the light at the end of the tunnel,
When we don't know how things are going to work out,
That's actually our greatest opportunity in life.
That we strive for the days or weeks or months stretches where we don't have to worry about anything,
Where we don't have to be afraid of anything,
Where we don't have to struggle or wrestle with decisions and all kinds of nonsense.
And yet the Kabbalists come and say it's actually in that confusion or in the lack of clarity that we get to strengthen our greatness,
We get to become our greatest selves.
So,
Ravi Huda Ashlok says that a person,
How does a person overcome a fear?
The only way is to tap into the higher part of their soul that they haven't reached yet.
So we have levels to our soul and when you reach a higher part of your soul,
That fear doesn't exist there.
And it's kind of an illogical thing.
It's almost like a minute goes a minute prior,
You have a fear and then a minute later you don't.
How does a person draw the higher level of their soul?
So Ravi Huda Ashlok says that when you feel you need the Creator and you believe that only the Creator can bring you that salvation,
Can bring you that remedy,
Can bring you that healing and you believe it and you need it and you believe it only will come from the Creator,
That's when a person receives a higher part of their soul and the fear goes away.
So a lot of times people confuse,
Well how do I break a fear?
Well they think,
Well if I do this,
I do the opposite of it,
The way to actually make sure it never comes back is you need to tap into the higher perfected version of yourself.
And that only happens when you feel that place where you're almost like broken and you feel like I need now help,
I need the Creator to help me and guide me and you ask the Creator to remove this fear.
So this is an exercise that we can actually do every morning which is go over the things that we are afraid of and begin the process of asking the Creator to kind of elevate us,
Bring us our higher soul so that we don't have this fear and we have to ask over and over and over again.
It's something that's illogical that you tap into through prayer and through asking.
Well the prayer or the mantra I think that's most effective and maybe for those of you that are struggling with what we're saying or feeling so enmeshed in the fears and worries of today's life,
Living the way we live our lives today is to start with the understanding that I am always in the right place at the right time.
That is one of the,
Even though it's a basic level of certainty,
It's a starting point to help someone else just wrote that their biggest fear is that their partner is unfaithful.
So in that case for example,
And David maybe you want to either contradict me or correct me in a second,
In that particular situation how does this level of certainty look?
I know that even if he is unfaithful that's the best thing for me in this moment,
In this life.
We can't control other people.
That's one of the other sort of fundamental teachings of Kabbalah but we can control how we experience things and our response to them.
So what that means is that those fears can either help me be a guppy,
I don't know,
Like a slug and completely take away all of my energy,
All of my strength,
All of my desire to do anything or it can help me get to my next level of connection with my soul,
Connection with the Creator.
So being in the right place at the right time is not just about I caught the right train or I met the right person.
It's that that whole Hollywood production that the Creator is orchestrating for us means that even if I'm in an uncomfortable position right now,
Which can include fear and anxiety,
It's because this is exactly where I'm supposed to be.
Right now maybe I am supposed to be triggered with these fears but as David said before,
Not because I'm supposed to be owned by this fear and controlled by it but because I can transform it,
I can ask the Creator to help me remove it and I can know that the reason that this situation is in my life is for my highest good and not anything less.
What do you think about fears of infidelity,
David?
I was just thinking as you were saying that,
I'm like,
Well,
What about the people who don't have the fear of infidelity?
The fact that someone will cheat will statistically be the same in both relationships but one person has a fear and one person doesn't.
I'm trying to think what is it that this person who has no fear about it,
What do they have that makes them just not think about it?
It's not like they're not afraid because they don't think it's not going to happen.
It could happen for them.
So why aren't they afraid of it?
I always try to dissect and reconstruct someone's positive qualities.
I'm trying to think,
Well,
This person in a relationship doesn't even think twice about the other person cheating or not cheating or whatnot.
So I'm trying to think where is this fear coming from for the person who does think.
It could be past life but it's not necessarily.
Let's dissect it kabbalistically.
When I feel a fear,
There's usually,
It's a spirit,
It's an entity that is attaching itself to me,
It's making me feel that way.
This is the energy of the opponent.
So essentially the reason I'm afraid and my friend is not afraid of that very same thing is because this entity,
This spirit is in my reality but not in the reality of my friend.
I think it's really important to understand that.
Sometimes it's interesting when you take drugs or you drink,
There's that moment you're not afraid.
So what's happening there?
My theory backed by kabbalistic science,
When you kind of give in to the opponent,
The opponent leaves you for a little bit because you feed the parasite.
You feed the dog a bone.
You throw the dog a bone.
So when a person takes drugs and they draw in the light because that's what drugs does,
You're actually feeding the entities around you so that they leave you alone.
So you have this like 30 minutes or an hour where you feel invincible.
But what's interesting is right afterwards you feel afraid again and in fact you feel even more afraid.
After you're off the substance,
You're off the drug,
You have even more fear.
Why?
Because those entities now replicated and duplicated themselves.
I am so confused.
Is what I'm saying confusing?
It sounds pretty clear to me.
So you're saying to get off the substance you'll have more fear?
What I'm saying is this.
Imagine there's a negative spirit that's clinging to you and this spirit is responsible for your fear.
It's like a darkness.
It's like a little bit of darkness.
Like a cloud.
It's a cloud.
Okay.
Got it.
So why is it?
And everywhere you go you're going to have this cloud that kind of like nudges you and gives you some anxiety.
So some people say,
Well,
In order to not feel fear,
We're saying as Kabbalists do something about the spirit.
Do something about the entity,
That negative entity,
Which we don't have classes about that.
But a person who doesn't know Kabbalah will say,
Well,
I will numb myself so that I don't feel fear.
So let's say that person does a drug and that drug totally brings them to a place where they feel peace inside.
They don't feel that same fear they felt an hour ago.
But now why do they not feel the fear?
The entity is still there.
That negative entity is still,
That cloud is still there.
How come they don't feel the cloud?
It's not that they numb themselves.
It's that they drew energy via the drug and they gave that entity the energy so that it leaves them alone.
Because why do entities stick to us?
According to Kabbalah,
We learned this in the deep mystical stuff.
Why do negative forces cling to us?
Because they want energy.
And they will bother you until you give them energy or until you completely starve them.
So when you give that negative force energy,
It leaves you alone for an hour.
And that is why the drug makes you feel good.
Because it gives the negative entity that's attaching itself to you some temporary food to leave you alone.
But when you give something energy,
You strengthen it also.
So it comes back and it wants even more.
That's how addiction is.
You give something a little bit and it wants more.
When a person is addicted to work or money and they have a goal and they reach that goal financially,
What always happens?
They want double that.
And they want double that.
And then the next goal they want double.
Because there's a monkey on their back.
There's this negative force on their back that's constantly asking for the wealth.
It's asking for you to go and do whatever you can to go make money.
Persons aren't earning for themselves necessarily.
They're responding to the entity that's telling them to earn.
That fear,
That negative force that is constantly telling them you're not good enough and you need to show the world you're not good enough.
You need to prove something to your dad.
Or you're not good enough.
You need to do X,
Y,
And Z.
Was that,
Did that make sense?
It did.
I mean our live audience,
Ask me questions.
If you think that was a little bit over the head.
No,
Everybody else said I'm the doofus here.
They all got you.
So I'm going to look into that and reflect on my own personal journey after the show is over.
I think that one of the other things that,
One of the other prominent fears that we should talk about is fear of missing out.
I don't know that two years ago that was as big of a thing as it is today for people,
Especially with whatever degree of limitation exists now on how much fun we can have or how much money we can make or how social we can be.
And there is this worry that I won't be included.
I won't be apart.
I won't be remembered.
Those kind of fears,
They're also really,
I think that those are the more subtle fears.
The fears of the empty bank account,
The partner's infidelity,
Losing a loved one.
Those are conscious fears.
A lot of us have subconscious fears that drive us to behave,
You're probably not going to like what I'm about to say,
But that's what drives our negative behavior.
The belief system fears,
The ones that are so latent that we don't even perceive them as fears.
And they really are the fear of not being worthy.
It's a fear that causes people a lot of chaos and misery and they don't even understand or perceive that it's actually a fear.
That the insecurity is actually a fear.
And the Kabbalists,
It's funny because I remember having a conversation with one of our colleagues,
One of the teachers,
And they were saying,
Why don't we have a class about fear in this course?
And we had this,
Broke it down a little bit.
And the realization is that we do have a class about fear.
That's the class about certainty.
We just don't use the F word because when the Kabbalists address fear,
It isn't about fear.
It's about certainty or lack of certainty,
Doubt versus certainty.
So when even the fear of missing out,
As we call it,
FOMO comes up for people,
That goes back to what I said five minutes ago,
The idea that you're always where you're meant to be.
Right?
And David,
You've mentioned this like a bajillion times in every episode.
The idea that once something has happened,
That's exactly the way it was supposed to be.
So attaching ourselves to that belief,
Not as a self soothing thing after it's happened to make us feel better,
But really understanding,
Even last week,
You know,
When David texted me that he's not coming,
He can't come,
I was thinking to myself,
He's going to be exactly where he's supposed to be.
And I'm going to be exactly where I was supposed to be.
And we were just under the illusion that we needed to be together on Monday morning in front of these microphones.
Right?
And you're already in elevating,
Realizing that you're always in the best place for you,
No matter how uncomfortable it is,
No matter how painful it is,
No matter how challenging it is,
That whatever you're afraid that you're missing out on,
It's not yours to begin with.
Because if it was,
You'd be there.
Or whatever impending doom,
To borrow from David's terminology,
Whatever impending doom we're afraid of,
If it happens,
It means that it's the best thing for us.
And I know that that kind of sounds sadistic a little bit that why would we have that attitude?
Don't we want to experience extreme bliss and joy and pleasure in this physical reality?
We do.
But to go with that,
We need to realize that the suffering that we experience is 99% self imposed,
That being afraid is a form of self-flagellation,
That in the moments that we're afraid of things,
It's not because something outside of me is triggering me,
Although that may be part of the equation that gets me to this state,
But by me allowing myself to miss two hours of sleep at night because I'm afraid of some scenario that is probably not even going to happen,
It's almost like a form of self abuse.
And to step out of that and to realize certainty,
Trust,
Conviction in the light force of the creator is actually another one of those acts of self love.
I deserve to be happy.
Why am I making myself miserable?
Why am I busy rehashing something that won't happen even?
I don't even know,
It's like it sounds sick to me when I talk about it like that.
The FOMO conversation is a big one and I know we only have like about a minute or two left,
So we should expand upon it for the next show.
And I think it can also lead into imposter syndrome and a lot of different feelings and emotions we all have and where it comes from and what it means.
I will end with a question about this,
I think someone wrote about for example medication and how it relates to what we're talking about and the way people will medicate maybe to allay some of their fears.
I would say,
I mean this is a big topic,
I would say for a majority of people who don't absolutely need it to function,
So let's take out a class of people who require medication,
It's important,
Without it they would not be able to function.
Let's just put that aside because that's a little more of a complicated topic.
But a lot of us we have fear and anxiety and sometimes,
And sometimes if prescribed right by a professional,
Medication can be a temporary bridge knowing that you,
What is it doing?
Medication is giving a little bit of energy to the negative forces so that you can strengthen yourself to go fight the negative forces again.
If medication becomes the thing that you resign yourself to be dependent on the rest of your life,
Well that can't be good.
Especially if you know that you can get to a place of inner strength where you don't need it.
Okay,
So I'm talking about the people in the middle where you know you can do it but the convenience factor of medication is something that you choose just because it's convenient.
So medication can be good as a bridge.
You got to give,
Sometimes you have to give,
We say we got to give the satan,
You got to give the negative side a little bit of energy.
Otherwise because it has to exist.
So it is positive in some ways sometimes to give the negative side some energy.
But not all the time and as a lifestyle.
So that's kind of my answer about that because I saw a couple of people asked about it in the chat.
Do you want to wrap up?
I have one final thought and then we'll send everybody back home with lots to think about.
There are also those things that we fear that come true.
And to that I will tell you,
And I've seen it posted on social media,
Cute little memes or quotes,
I don't know probably,
I'm not sure who originated the idea,
But fear is basically living in a reality you don't want.
And certainty,
This is my final thought if you have to put it in one sentence,
Is certainty works both ways.
When you know the creator is involved and there and has your back and is your safety net and is the Wizard of Oz behind the curtain making everything move,
Yes,
That's the case.
But if you believe with such conviction that something bad is going to happen,
It absolutely can.
It absolutely might.
I'm thinking of,
I use the example all the time,
People who are afraid of getting bitten by dogs get bitten by dogs.
They create that reality.
So it's important to take seriously the kinds of thoughts,
Not only that we entertain,
It's one thing to have a thought,
I hope that,
I want to say it in a positive way,
I hope that I never have to say goodbye to anybody that I love and let that thought wash over me and I'm on to the next thing.
It's another thing entirely to dwell in a loop of what ifs and what am I going to do and how's it going to happen and how am I going to survive?
It's a completely other one.
So this week is going to provide us with infinite opportunities to strengthen our certainty in the light force of the Creator.
That doesn't mean confidence,
Although confidence is the lowest level of certainty,
We're talking about taking it to the next level of I know the light is there even if I can't see it or feel it or experience it in this moment.
I know the light force of the Creator is behind all of this and it's all happening for my greatest good.
So look out for those opportunities.
This is something that I think David is also very strict on his own students about this to make sure that they are constantly looking,
Not numbing,
Not avoiding,
Not distracting themselves so that when those opportunities come up we're there for them,
We're excited about them.
We like,
As I said before,
You look forward to those moments in the day where you don't know what to do because that's the moment that you get to grow to your next level of certainty.
And next week we're going to begin,
Even though the new moon of Capricorn happens actually next weekend,
We're going to already begin our exploration of the theme for the month of Capricorn which I'll share next week.
It's also the holiday season so hopefully we'll give you guys some tools to navigate and circumvent any potential challenges that might happen.
As always,
Please continue to like,

We are able to do these miraculous things with our listeners simply because of the sharing that you guys do so we want to thank you and we'll see you next week on the Weekly Energy Boost.
