Your brilliance is in the pause.
When you slow down and give yourself a chance to rest from the constant activity,
Input,
And noise,
You allow yourself to access your inner brilliance,
Your intuition,
And your inner knowing.
If you haven't done so already,
Go ahead and get comfortable,
Close your eyes,
Or just allow yourself to be exactly where you are.
There's nothing to figure out.
There's nothing to do.
There's nowhere else to be in this moment.
Begin to bring your focus to your breath,
Just noticing the quality of your breath.
Just noticing the quality,
The pace,
The texture of your breath as you inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Gently letting the inhale in to nourish your body and extending your exhale,
Just another moment allowing you to feel empty breath before you take in another deeply nourishing breath.
As you let your breath settle into its natural rhythm without forcing,
Without trying,
Just allowing it to do what it naturally does.
Right now,
You're giving yourself the gift of pause,
Like a big beautiful sparkling pause button,
Allowing the outside world to continue doing what it is going to do while you focus your attention on my voice,
Allowing it to soothe your nervous system,
Allowing it to slow down your energy,
And bringing your attention and awareness to your internal landscape.
Continuing to breathe and if your attention should wander,
Gently bring it back to your breath,
And let it go.
Gently bring it back to your breath,
To your inner landscape,
And let my voice lead you back.
From the outside,
It might look like nothing is happening,
But on the inside,
Your cells,
Your energy are clearing out the clutter of noise,
Of distraction,
And realigning with your inner knowing,
Allowing you to access intuitive guidance,
Inner power,
And those soft nudges from within that are guiding you throughout your day.
And all you need to do is relax into this pause,
Rest your body,
Listen from within,
Allow,
And receive.
For the next few minutes,
For the next three minutes,
All you're going to do is pause,
Rest,
Listen,
Allow,
And receive.
And truly there's nothing to do,
Just let yourself be.
When those three minutes are over,
I will gently guide you back.
So focus on your breath,
Allow yourself to quiet,
And listen.
And now it's time to come on back to your awareness.
Just notice what came up during those three minutes of quiet pause.
Sometimes we're so busy seeking answers,
Taking in information,
And we're just going to let you know that you're doing well.

Looking around us,
Getting stuck in external distraction,
When the answers are within the entire time.
Take a few moments to jot down and reflect on anything that came up.
You may receive answers to questions you've been asking.
You may think of someone that you need to contact today.
You may get inspiration for a new idea or simple relaxation for your nervous system to pause,
Reset,
And be able to start again.
And remember,
Your brilliance is in the pause.
Allow yourself to slow down and check in with your inner knowing.
Whenever you find yourself overwhelmed,
Feeling distracted,
Confused,
Instead of seeking more information,
Allow yourself to pause and receive your brilliance from within.
So it is it is done.
