This is an inquiry practice.
And I invite you to grab a pen and paper and journal.
Or perhaps just simply close your eyes and reflect with gentleness and curiosity.
Some of you may have noticed the huge amount of information that gets thrown at us.
On many subjects but particularly on healing,
Well-being,
Spirituality,
Psychology.
Online platforms are inundated with such ideas,
Concepts,
Opinions,
Views and sometimes even statements as facts.
And while it is helpful to be informed,
To feed our curiosity,
The need to understand ourselves,
Each other,
The world around us.
We can also easily create an echo chamber that confirms our own biases.
So the question is.
.
.
Do we feel that we have a choice in what we take in?
Or are we just overwhelmed?
More importantly,
How do we use this information?
Does it get filtered through?
Our own values and what we truly care about.
Or do we?
Unconsciously use it to avoid facing the inevitably painful realities of life.
Is there space to discern?
So let's pause here and take a breath.
Sense into your body.
Notice your thoughts,
Your emotions Perhaps close your eyes,
Allow the echoes and ripples of these questions.
Wash through you.
And notice how does it land for you What comes up?
What needs to be voiced,
To be expressed.
And I invite you to follow with curiosity the thread that your mind,
Body and heart weave.
And perhaps your own unique truth gets revealed.
Please write in the comments if there is anything you'd like to share with the community.
And thank you for watching.
