Let's do a self-exploration meditation on I AM NOTHING,
THE WORLD IS NOTHING.
Let the body idea,
The mind idea,
The so-called waker idea that they belong to,
Appear and disappear.
Stand as the witness to the knowledge of the body wave arising and dissolving.
Stand as the witness to the knowledge of the mind wave arising and dissolving.
Stand as the witness until all waves dissolve,
Leaving behind you,
The witness,
Alone.
Is there a recognition of what prevents the witness from standing alone?
A big wave,
Riding at full speed,
Gushing from the past to the present.
What traps the witness's attention?
Are you able to recognize this memory wave?
Perception,
Sensation,
Thought or feeling are all but memory waves.
Do you see memory riding at full speed from the past towards the present and tempting the witness?
There is a subtle undercurrent of agitation below the surface of this memory wave.
Is that agitation apparent to you yet?
Do you recognize that any memory wave carries along with it the temptation of self-description?
A description that will validate the existence of the I.
Are you able to see it yet?
Every perception,
Every sensation,
Every thought,
Every feeling carries this undercurrent of restlessness.
Are you able to recognize that this restlessness is nothing but an attempt to provide a self-description to the I?
The I is constantly seeking.
It is in a constant pursuit of self-validation.
It is hunting for a self-confirmation.
It has a hungry search for the approval of its existence.
Have you been able to identify this hunger of the I sense?
Have you been able to identify how the I attempts to emphasize its illusory,
Inherently independent existence?
And are you able to connect this seeking of the I to that restless undercurrent of every thought,
Every feeling,
Every sensation,
Every perception?
Imagine a huge tsunami wave.
One side of the wave is the I sense.
And the other side of that tsunami wave is either a perception,
A sensation,
A thought or a feeling.
Recognize the undercurrent of this tsunami wave.
Are you able to sense that restlessness within?
Are you able to see how the I sense is seeking its validation in either the perception or the sensation or thought or feeling?
Why is the I seeking this validation?
What truth is it attempting to evade?
Is it a possibility that the truth is being revealed continuously?
But because the I wants to conceal it,
It brings up the restlessness and the drama of connection between the I and the arising.
Where arising means perception,
Sensation,
Thought or feeling.
Could it be a possibility that the I wants to dodge the truth again and again?
Hence,
It is haunted by an underlying current of discontent.
Is it a possibility that the I is using self-descriptions as a weapon to mask the truth?
Are you able to see the agitation of the I sense yet?
Are you able to see the I shaking in fear?
Are you able to recognize that if you can see the shaky I,
You are not that I sense.
You are that which is beyond.
You have the capacity to be a pillar for the fearful I.
All it needs is your loving embrace and it will overcome its illusory fear.
Embrace it.
Hold on to it.
Let it melt away in your sweet presence.
The silence of your sweet presence will reveal its hidden truth of nothingness.
Allow the revelation to happen in silence.
I am nothing.
The world is nothing.
Nothingness is the only truth.
Nothingness cannot be described in words.
Self-descriptions are the grazed clouds that block the sunlight.
The repetition of a self-description like I am that or so hum will only hinder the collapse of the I.
The repetition of a self-description like I am Brahman or aham brahmasmi will only hinder the soft peace.
The words are not the beingness itself.
Allow the words to dissolve and disappear.
Allow the I to collapse into you,
The silent background.
Empower the I to bear your silence and dissolve and disappear into it.
Become unconcerned with what you were and what you were not.
Become unconcerned with what you are and what you are not.
Become unconcerned with what you will be and what you will not be.
Become unconcerned with all self-descriptions.
Silence cannot be described.
Allow the silence to absorb everything,
Including the I-sense.
Courageously agree to be nothing.
Bravely acknowledge that the world is nothing.
Embrace the truth of nothingness.
Surrender to the power of nothingness.
The realization of the supreme truth happens only in nothingness.
Courageously agree to be nothing.
Bravely acknowledge that the world is nothing.
I am nothing.
The world is nothing.
I am nothing.
The world is nothing.
I am nothing.
The world is nothing.
