Anti-gan Buddhist meditation No,

No,

No,

No,

No,

No,

No.

If I am a person who's always established in the witness,

In the knowingness,

Then I know that the other person is just reacting or throwing fire in my direction because he is lost in his mind.

He is not established in the knowingness.

When you know that the other person is at a loss,

Do you get angry at such a person or do you feel compassion?

You'll come out of compassion recognizing it is the same field of knowingness.

The only difference is I am established in knowingness and he has moved out.

If this becomes very clear to you,

Now second point that becomes clear is recognizing if this person is throwing fire at me,

How am I experiencing it?

Just as a perception and sensation.

This gets converted to a thought and feeling and creates a concept.

Again mind phenomena,

Mind phenomena trying to fight with another mind phenomena.

There is no difference.

If you really look at the reality of that mind phenomena,

It is that knowingness.

If you really look at the reality of this mind phenomena,

It is the same knowingness.

Now comes the most important part.

This knowingness,

This witness that you are experiencing,

Does it have a limit?

Check,

Check,

There must be a border on this side or on this side.

It is limitless,

Correct?

It doesn't have a border.

Is it finite or infinite?

Infinite.

How many infinite spaces can there be?

How many?

One.

So it is this knowingness and that knowingness.

Is it separate?

It is not separate only.

This is fighting with knowingness.

Jagat mithya.

Wake up.

Jagat mithya.

Jamilaoneda.
