Welcome.
We'll find our meditation lying down.
As you make your way onto your backside,
Set your body up to be the most comfortable.
As if you were settling into a little nest,
Safe and supported.
Maybe your arms rest at your sides or your hands find your belly.
Perhaps one hand finds your heart,
One hand finds your belly.
If you haven't already,
Allow the eyes to close.
Relax your cheeks.
Feel the forehead unfurl.
Jaw relaxes.
Tongue softens.
Settling into yourself with more and more ease.
As you settle in here,
Shift your awareness more within.
Watch the natural rhythm of your breath.
With every inhale,
Notice what shifts internally to take in air.
With every exhale,
What softens.
Cultivating a deeper relationship to this breath.
Begin to slow it down.
On your next inhale,
Inhale slower,
Allowing belly to expand,
Sides of the ribs to expand,
And heart space to rise.
As you exhale,
Sense everything soften and unravel.
Inhaling slow and full.
Exhaling long,
Languid and smooth.
Witness the body take in a few more rounds of this long,
Stretched out breath.
Become aware with how breathing in this way begins to make you feel.
Perhaps you sense that by slowing down,
Breathing in this way,
You meet yourself right where you're at.
Nothing about you in this moment needs to change.
You as you are right here are enough.
Maintaining this slow breath,
Bring your awareness to your third chakra,
That space nestled in between the ribcage,
By your diaphragm.
And start to sense or see a golden energy radiating from this space,
Pulsing with a slow rhythm of your breath.
Allow this awareness to begin to unfold,
Unfurl,
Like a sunflower blossoming.
Allow your awareness to trip and fall into this space.
Awareness sinking deeper and deeper,
As if you stumbled and fell down the rabbit hole.
Awareness sinks deeper and deeper.
Awareness sinking,
Sinking,
Sinking.
Now see your feet land in a place where you feel free.
Notice the texture underneath your feet and allow awareness to take off running in this space.
Arms outstretched,
Expansive,
Soul free.
Take off running.
Not a care in the world.
Perhaps you laugh.
Maybe you feel the sun on your face or a breeze in your hair.
As you frolic and run around this space in which you feel free,
Look down at your feet once more.
And now you notice that your feet are little feet.
Look at your little toes.
Realize that you are little you.
What are you wearing?
Little you takes off once more,
Running in this space you feel free.
What do you hear?
How do you feel?
What do you see?
Can you hear the sound of little you laughing?
So safe and so free in this space.
As you look in the distance,
Now you see a person walking toward you,
Running toward them.
This person is familiar.
This person grabs little you and scoops you up,
Giving you a twirl.
And you realize that this person holding you is you as you are now.
And they have something to tell you.
It's very important.
What do you hear?
Anything else that needs to be said to sweet little you?
Allow them to hear it.
Allow your little feet to return onto the ground in that space in which you feel safe and free.
And take off running once more.
Little you and you as you are now are not so separate.
Keep exploring and frolicking in this space with this new wisdom.
Now slowly sense awareness rising.
Rising.
Awareness settles back into where you are now lying on the floor.
Allow both hands to settle palms facing down on this third chakra space and embody this sense of knowing that you as you are right now,
Without changing or altering a single thing about yourself,
You are worthy.
You are more than enough.
And you're allowed to have it all.
Allow your awareness to come back to watching your sweet body breathe.
Allow yourself to return to your space where you are when you are ready.
Maintaining this sweet connection to self,
To little you for the rest of the day.
