The Daily Dose.
Each day there will be a short meditation practice using a positive affirmation as a mantra.
I encourage you to say these out loud as you move throughout your day.
You can even write them down on a post-it note or in a journal.
Each day will have a different affirmation and over time,
Hopefully they will help you shift any negative thinking patterns and replace them with positive ones.
With consistent use,
These affirmations can help you reprogram that subconscious mind.
Let's go ahead and find a comfortable seat.
Can do this practice seated in a chair on the floor.
Sit up nice and tall.
Relax your jaw and shoulders.
Allow your hands to rest in your lap or on your legs.
Allow your gaze to soften or your eyes to close if that feels safe and available.
And let's begin inhaling through the nose and exhaling with a sigh.
Let's do that two more times.
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling with a sigh.
One final inhale through the nose,
Exhale with a sigh.
Take a moment to just notice and be present.
Repeat the phrase to yourself,
I trust that my intuition will guide me.
I trust that my intuition will guide me.
Allow these words to help you find the right path.
Use your powerful intuition.
Silently repeat to yourself,
I trust that my intuition will guide me.
I trust that my intuition will guide me.
Continue to silently repeat this phrase as long as you'd like,
As long as you need.
And then allow these words to follow you throughout your day.
