Hi,
And welcome to this guided meditation for Manifesting a Life Partner.
In this session,
We'll be practicing a meditation,
A visualization,
And an affirmation exercise to start attracting the relationships that our heart truly desires.
Start by finding a comfortable position.
Make sure that the front of your body is open to receive the full range of your breath.
Take a deep breath in through your nostrils,
Inflating your belly and opening your chest,
And slowly exhale through your mouth.
With each new exhale,
Let your shoulders fall naturally to your sides,
Your jaw unclench,
And the muscles in your face to soften.
As you close your eyes and your mouth,
Turn your attention inwards and let your breath find its natural rhythm.
Take a moment to scan your body and notice if there's any obvious tension or emotions that are asking for your attention.
And if you can release them,
Gently let them go on your next exhale.
Bring your attention to the area where you feel your breath the clearest,
Perhaps in your nostrils,
In the rise and fall of your chest,
Or in the inflation and deflation of your belly.
Once your attention has settled on an area of your body,
Set an intention to stay with the feeling of your breath from the moment the air touches this area for the very first time to the moment where it leaves it completely.
Allow your breath to move deeper within you,
Coming in contact with the area of your lower abdomen.
It can help to place your hands on this area to feel deeper into the touch of your breath.
Now bring to your experience the feeling of longing for a romantic relationship,
Perhaps bringing a memory to mind of a relationship you were craving and that didn't work out,
Or recurrent infatuation with someone that you feel like you desperately need.
And connect with this area within your body that feels like it needs someone to feel fulfilled,
Maybe an area that hurts when you feel like you need someone in your life and don't have them.
Just getting curious about where this area lives in your body,
And checking how it feels in your belly,
In your chest,
In your throat.
What does this area that feels like it needs someone else have to say to you?
And check with this area if the words that it's trying to tell you are,
Please love me.
And in this space of awareness and acceptance,
See if you can send some tenderness in this part of you that feels like something is lacking or hurting.
Just telling it,
I see you and I'm here for you.
We're placing a loving hand on your heart.
And take a moment to rest in this state of unconditional love for the being that's breathing You can imagine a warm light that's pervading every cell in your body.
With each inhale,
Expanding a little more,
So that even the space around you is glowing with a warm loving light.
And now,
Imagine that you carry this light with you throughout your day.
As you meet people at work,
As you engage in your favorite activities,
Or as you meet with friends.
And imagine that someone you meet receives this warm light of yours and finds tremendous joy in your unique loving energy.
And naturally wants to offer their own.
Notice how you feel when you're able to give and receive love freely with someone else.
When you're in this loving state,
It's as if you were playing your favorite musical instrument.
You find joy in playing by yourself.
And you can also go out in the world and have the excitement of maybe finding another instrument that adds to your music and embellishes your melody.
Both of you can play with changing rhythms and tonalities and find serenity in knowing that you can always come back and find joy in playing your instrument by yourself.
Before ending this meditation,
You can repeat the following affirmations and notice how the conscious repetition of these words resonates within your body.
One.
I treat myself with respect and self-care,
Whether I'm in a relationship or not.
Two.
I don't need anyone to fulfill me.
I am already whole.
Three.
My heart is open to giving and receiving love.
Four.
The more I enjoy my own presence,
The more attractive I am to others.
Five.
I am bold and I take initiative to find the relationships that are right for me.
