With this meditation, rise to another level to become aware of your actions and behaviors to understand what type of ripple effect it may be creating in your life.

Transcript

Begin by getting in a comfortable position where you won't be disturbed for the next 15 to 20 minutes.

Feel a sacred space surrounding you.

Begin to take nice deep breaths.

Breathe in to the count of 4 and out to the count of 7.

As you continue to do so,

Notice the thoughts that appear in your mind.

Recognize those thoughts,

Be grateful for them and give them permission to gently release from your awareness.

Then continue to focus on your breathing.

Next,

Focus on your body.

As you inhale to the count of 4,

Notice where there is any tightness or discomfort in your body.

And as you exhale to the count of 7,

Give that part of your body permission to gently release.

As you inhale again to the count of 4,

If you notice another tight or uncomfortable part of your body,

Give it too permission to gently release as you exhale to the count of 7.

As you continue with your breathing,

Silently ask your logical mind,

That part of your brain that wants to figure everything out and know all the answers,

To gently step aside just through intention.

Instead,

See a beautiful,

Open,

Blank,

Receptive space in your mind's eye where only information for your highest and best can come in.

Within that beautiful,

Open,

Blank,

Receptive space,

See yourself at this age.

If you are unable to form a mental picture of yourself,

Then maybe you have some sense that your energy is present within that space.

Or you may just somehow know that your presence is there.

Now,

Imagine looking directly into your own eyes.

Once again,

If you are not able to see a mental image of your eyes,

Then maybe you have a sense of the presence of your eyes.

Be aware of what you see,

Think,

Know or feel about your eyes when you see or sense them within that beautiful space.

Now,

Begin to allow your gaze to become less focused on your eyes and instead,

Begin to notice your surroundings within the image or presence of you at this age within that space.

Notice what you see,

Think,

Know or feel as I shift your awareness through a series of questions.

Are you alone in this space or do you notice the presence of others as well?

What type of environment are you in?

Are you outside someplace such as in a wooded area or are you in an open field or maybe indoors?

Are you in a building,

Business or home?

If so,

What do you notice about your surroundings?

Notice too how you feel in this environment.

What is your comfort level about either being alone or with others?

Pay attention to your actions and interactions within that environment and again,

Notice how these actions make you feel.

Next,

Begin to see your viewpoint shifting as though you are elevating up above the space that the you at this age is currently occupying.

Notice how the higher you raise your elevation,

The more you are able to gain a much wider perspective and your view encompasses so much more than before when at ground level.

Imagine yourself elevating enough to be able to view that beautiful,

Open,

Blank,

Receptive space below and you're able to recognize even more about you at this age currently occupying it.

What additional information about your surroundings below do you now notice,

See or perceive?

What do you see,

Think,

Know or feel now that you are an onlooker from 10,

000 feet above?

More specifically,

What do you notice about your actions and interactions?

What type of ripple effect are they creating?

Is this different from or beyond what you could comprehend when viewing from the perspective at ground level?

Notice too the reactions that return to you at this age currently occupying that beautiful,

Blank,

Open,

Receptive space below.

It is now time to begin to see or feel yourself slowly descending from the 10,

000 foot elevation.

As you rejoin the you at this age currently occupying that beautiful,

Blank,

Open,

Receptive space at ground level,

Begin to have a conversation about what you noticed from above.

Feel for anything you believe to be of importance.

What if anytime soon,

You or your father would come up to you monster truck,

Force them When you have shared all knowledge that you feel is for your highest and best,

Bring your attention back to your breath with inhalations to the count of four and exhalations to the count of seven.

As you take in the next deep breath,

Shift your gaze as though you are looking straight ahead and as you exhale,

Open your eyes to find yourself back in your physical surroundings.

Feel a sense of heartfelt gratitude for this experience.

Take a few more deep breaths with the intention of supplying your body with life-giving and life-sustaining oxygen.

Begin to move in gentle ways,

Fully reconnecting with your body.

Now,

Take a few moments for self-reflection and record your experience with this meditation and writing.
