Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.
Notice the rise and fall of your chest.
Allow any thoughts to drift out of your mind and simply notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest with every breath.
Feeling very relaxed and calm.
Any outside noise will not distract you.
Just let any outside noise drift out of your mind and allow yourself to become even more deeply relaxed.
Imagine that you're surrounded by a bubble of beautiful white light.
Feel yourself floating in the middle,
Safe and relaxing.
This white light enhances your relaxed state.
Feel so comforting,
So serene.

The most divine gold dust is falling slowly and gently,
Attaching to the outside of your safe white bubble.
Cleatly encasing the edges keep you feeling so relaxed,
Safe and relaxed.
Now become aware of your toes.
Feel your feet to relax.
Feel your cum to relax.
Feel your knees and thighs.
Allow them to relax.
Feel your hips and lower back.
Allow them to relax.
Feel your stomach and your chest.
Allow them to relax.
Now feel your shoulders.
Allow any tension to flow from your shoulders.
Let any tension go.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your arms all the way down to your fingertips.
Now feel your neck.
Feel your jaw.
Let any tension flow from your jaw and allow it to relax.
Feel your face.
Face to relax.
Let that relaxation wash all the way over your head.
So now you're deeply relaxed from head to toe.
Look down and notice you're standing on dirt.
Let your bare feet feel the warm earth touching them.
Let the energy of the ground encompass you.
Feel the grounding energy moving up your body and as the energy moves up feel it relaxing every part of you.
As it passes,
Feel this deepen your relaxation.
And feel your legs go heavy as it passes through your body.
Feel it in your thighs,
Making them heavy,
Passing through your hips and stomach.
Completely relax.
Breathe deeply.
Notice the grounding energy creeping up into your chest.
Breathe deep into your chest and stomach.
Breathe it in and relax.
Feel the grounding energy slowly moving up through your shoulders.
Release any tension in your shoulders.
Gently relax.
Feel the energy passing through your neck,
Relaxing as it goes.
And as the energy moves into your head,
Feel your face and head completely relax.
Muscles in your face and head are fully relaxed and all thoughts float away.
Down.
Notice a line.
Can you feel compelled to follow this line?
To find out where it leads to.
Follow the line.
Walk along the line noticing the earth under your feet and how warm it feels.
Look around and notice how barren it is.
All you can see for miles is dirt.
There are no trees,
Just dirt for as far as you can see.
Following the line as it's beckoning you with the tremendous blue cloudless clear sky above and the spectacular expanse of pure earth underfoot.
Now you find yourself drawn to look ahead and you see a teepee not far up.
Continue along the line in the dirt.
Leads to this teepee.
Dance inside.
There's no one in there.
The teepee is empty and the sand beckons you far from the teepee.
There you see a man sitting cross-legged in the dirt.
His back is facing you.
Turns his head as he senses you're there and you see his wise eyes full of love.
He says nothing but gestures you to come and sit with him.
And you sit opposite him with your legs crossed.
Looks deep into your eyes.
Without speaking he's telling you that he has something for you.
That he's been waiting for you.
He's been expecting you.
He stands and points back to the teepee and tells you to walk through it and see what's there for you.
Walk through the opening of the teepee.
Make your way to the other side.
Look and feel around and see or sense where you are.
Are you inside or outside?
Look down at your feet.
Take notice of the type of footwear you have on.
Or perhaps you have bare feet.
Leave you to explore and let you know when it's time to return.
Now it's time to heal.
Let's invite your higher self to adjust your energy wherever you may need it.
You may notice warmth or tingling or another sensation on certain parts of your body.
Just while they work on it they'll know exactly where to heal you.
To balance you.
I'll remain quiet for a couple of minutes while you heal.
It's time to make your way back with all of the information you've gathered.
Slowly and gently in your own time.
Feel yourself back in the room.
