Full moon meditation. Visualising the light and bringing renewal and release. This visualisation allows you to bring light and release into your awareness. Take time to really settle into this practise. Let the moon embrace you in its fullness.

Full Moon Meditation So as you settle into a comfortable position,

You can begin to set your intention to connect with that beautiful moonlight energy and to also let go of anything that you need to release to move smoothly into the next phase.

So just begin now to take your full attention to the breath,

Noticing that rise and fall of the chest and the stomach.

Just following the breath as it is,

Not trying to change it.

And as you become more aware of the heart area,

You can place a hand onto the chest.

And if you do,

Really connect with the warmth and the gentle pressure of the hand.

And as you take your full attention into the heart area,

Bring to mind a time when you felt nurtured,

Cared for.

And really allow this feeling to sweep through the whole body,

This feeling of nurture,

Connection,

Completely safe and secure.

Just spending a moment breathing with this feeling,

Allowing it to expand into the whole body.

And now as we bring to mind that beautiful full moon,

Really focus on that light that comes from the full moon,

That beautiful expansive bright light.

And as you bring this to mind,

Start to allow your body,

Your energy to receive and connect with this full moon light.

And just begin to see this light connecting,

Softening and soothing the top of your head and into the neck and the shoulders.

And just see this moon light flowing into your arms and your hands.

And the beautiful moon light just flowing all the way down through your back,

Softening and soothing.

Allowing that light to flow into anywhere that feels as though it's holding on,

Carrying that tension.

And then all the way through the chest and into the stomach,

Allowing this beautiful moon light.

And into the hips and the sit down.

Just notice as this beautiful moon light connects with your body,

Your energy,

Healing and encouraging your wellness,

Vitality.

And all the way down your legs and into your feet.

And now as you allow yourself a moment to just bathe in this beautiful moon light,

Notice how your body feels with that connection.

And allow yourself to start to let go of anything that you need to release as you move into the next phase,

As you walk forward into the next phase of your life.

Just committing to that release,

That letting go of anything that you no longer need.

As that moon light just covers your whole body.

Softening,

Soothing and nourishing your energy.

Bringing you all that you need.

Just breathing with that beautiful moon light energy.

And as you start to take your attention back to the breath,

Knowing that you've committed to the release of what no longer serves you for your highest good and the highest good of those around you.

Know that you take that moon light energy with you.

And as you begin to just follow that gentle flow of breath once more.

Connecting with the heart and really noticing what you're grateful for in your life.

And once again allowing these feelings of gratitude to just flow all the way through the body.

Really feeling that sense of gratefulness and all that you're thankful for.

Noticing how this feels in the body to be in this place of gratitude.

And as we begin to let go of any focus and start to notice how the body feels.

The contact with the seat or the floor.

And that gentle pull of gravity just gently pulling you down.

And when you're ready,

Gently opening your eyes.
