Welcome to this practice of the Condition Cure.
A cure for the conditions we live in.
Find a way to be.
That feels truly honest.
Sitting,
Laying down,
Whatever your body actually wants.
Not the posture you think you're supposed to be in.
Let your hands land somewhere,
Anywhere on your body.
Don't overthink it.
Like you usually would.
Just let them live.
And take a deep breath in through your nose.
Let it go out through your mouth with a soft.
.
.
Kind of sigh.
You'd be a little too embarrassed to do in front of anyone else.
Certainly,
I'll see you.
And do that twice more in your own time.
In.
I want to start by telling you that.
.
.
There is nothing here today now that needs fixing.
You did not come into this practice broken.
You are not a problem to be solved.
Whatever you've been told.
By a practitioner.
Buy it now.
By that voice in your own head at two in the morning.
That there's something wrong with you,
That you have to sort it all out before you're allowed to rest,
To be,
To accept love,
To receive.
We are going to set all that down just.
.
.
For these next few minutes.
Because you You were whole before any of it.
Before the striving,
Before the fixing,
You were born already.
Now bring to mind.
Somewhere in your body.
Has been yearning for your attention.
Maybe it's a pain.
Maybe it's a tightness,
A heaviness,
A place you've been ignoring because you're too busy,
A little bit afraid of what it might say.
You know the place.
You knew it before I finished the sentence.
Place your hand there now.
Breathe into it.
Imagine that breath going all the way down underneath your head.
And here is what I want you to understand about that place.
It is not the villain.
All this time.
You thought your body was betraying you.
It was actually trying to speak to you.
This pain is not a punishment.
It.
Is a divine mess.
It is your body being loyal to you in the only language it has.
We do not need to get rid of it.
No pushing it down or breathing it away,
I.
.
.
I invite you to do something different.
I want you to let it stay.
I want you.
Just hold it.
To witness it.
To get curious about it.
The now.
To speak to it.
Out loud or in your mind saying.
Right here,
I fear.
Let whatever comes,
Come.
The sensation,
The emotion,
The story underneath it.
Please don't tide it up.
Don't make it pretty on my account,
Jas.
Let it be.
Let it be what it is.
Honest,
True and raw.
Now.
Notice something with me.
Yes.
There is the pain.
There's the part of you that.
.
.
Does not want to accept this pain.
Yes.
Two different things.
You do not have to make them agree.
You.
You can be the one who is hurting and the one who is healing.
The one who is tired and the one that keeps going.
The one who is furious.
And the one who is at peace.
You,
My dear.
Are allowed to be more than one thing.
You always were.
This is the part nobody teaches us.
You don't heal by getting rid of the hard thing.
You heal by expanding enough to hold it all.
Make room.
To you,
My glorious soul.
You are infinite.
Your hand where it is.
Instead of asking the pain to leave,
Say.
.
.
Thank you.
I hear you.
I am not quite sure.
Now I invite you.
To let something else in.
And you didn't have to earn it.
Have to do the work or say the right thing.
You didn't need to get it finally right,
Because grace does not wait for that.
Grace arrives before you are ready.
It is already here.
You know.
My dear,
You know it was here the whole time.
Underneath everything you have been carrying.
Grace,
Undeserved favor.
You do not have to do a single thing to receive it.
In fact,
It's almost better if you do nothing.
At all.
Just let yourself be held.
By your own hand.
By the ground underneath you.
By whatever it is that was loving you before you even thought to ask.
One more breath in through your nose.
Let it go out through the mouth with a sigh.
And whenever you are ready.
There is no rush.
Allow your eyes to open.
Nothing you felt here today was a problem.
It was the beginning.
Of a conversation.
Relationship.
You can come back here.
To it.
Anytime.
That you like.
