Welcome to today's guided practice.

I am Dr.

Leandra Brady-Walker,

And today we will be embracing the idea that we are both nothing and everything.

Of course,

This is a paradox,

But as we awaken to our true nature,

We begin to realize that as within,

So without.

As the universe,

So the soul.

And the amount that we are connected with ourselves is directly related to the amount we can connect with each other and ultimately with God and our divine nature.

We are our own medicine,

But to begin with,

We must connect deeply with ourselves.

In this practice,

We will move from suffering and nothingness to openness,

Community,

And everythingness.

This is a very active standing practice,

And you will need to be dressed in comfortable clothing that you can move in.

Before we begin,

Make sure that you are in a safe,

Comfortable place that you will not be disturbed for about 30 minutes.

There will be two points where we tap on the body.

The first being on the hand between the knuckle of the little finger and the ring finger.

The second being high heart or thymus point.

Make sure you have some water available and perhaps your journal and a pen to record any thoughts that may arise after the practice.

And now,

If you are ready,

We can begin.

Standing on your two feet grounded,

Feet hip distance apart,

And that means two fist distances apart for your feet.

Rock back onto your heels,

Lifting the toes,

Making sure that your weight is evenly distributed between your two feet.

Rocking back and forth,

Finding that still point,

Perhaps a little bend in the knees so we're not locking out our knees,

Moving your body and coming into stillness,

Readying your system for this deep transformative practice.

Now,

The breath is in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

So let's take three deep breaths now together,

In through the nose,

Feeling the belly as much as possible,

Holding at the top and releasing through the mouth with a shh,

Letting go,

Slowing down,

Letting go of everything that has come before this moment.

And again,

Breathing in through the nose,

Feeling the belly and out through the mouth with a shh,

Allowing any movement to come into the body that is needed.

And one last deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Taking two fingers from either hand and tapping on gamut point between the knuckles of the little and ring finger,

Tapping in that groove there with two fingers,

Allowing the energy to move,

Repeat after me.

It is my intention now to connect fully and deeply with myself,

My body,

My thoughts,

My patterns,

My pain,

My beliefs,

My suffering.

I release all emotional attachment to anything and everything that may get in the way of this happening.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Out through the mouth and drop your hands by your side.

Now,

If you feel safe to do so,

Close down your eyes or just soften your gaze.

Take a deep breath in through the nose.

And as you breathe out,

Drop yourself,

Fold yourself in half and drop your hands to the floor.

Bend your knees as much as you need to to allow your hands to connect with the earth.

In this position,

Breathe deeply in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Continue breathing like this,

Deeply in through the nose,

Gently out through the mouth,

Innocently,

Gently,

Gracefully.

In this position with our head lowered below the heart,

We are signaling that we are deferring to our heart brain,

Allowing the mind to calm,

To switch off.

Now,

Taking your hands,

Move the fingertips of your left hand to your left toes and the fingertips of your right hand to your right toes.

And ever so gently begin to feel your feet,

Running your hands over your toes,

The tops of your feet,

Gently getting to know your body,

Allowing it to speak to you and reveal whatever it needs to.

Moving your fingers up from the tops of your feet to your ankles,

Feeling around your ankles and allowing the attention from your fingers to extend below your skin,

Just below,

Only a centimeter or two.

Can you feel,

Think,

Sense,

Imagine what is sitting underneath your skin?

As you move your fingers up your calves,

Your shins,

The muscles behind your calves,

Allow yourself to receive no judgment,

No effort,

Softly,

Moving your fingers up to your knees,

The front,

The kneecaps behind,

Exploring,

Discovering,

Moving your hands gently up to the tops of your thighs,

The front,

The sides,

The hamstrings.

What can you feel?

What can you sense?

What are your legs trying to tell you?

Moving up the back of the body to your glutes,

Sensing,

Thinking,

Imagining,

Receiving the information from just under your skin,

Moving to your lower back.

What is your lower back trying to tell you?

Is it words?

Is it colors?

Just allow as you move your hands to your hips,

Trailing your fingers over your hips,

Allowing,

Gently moving to your belly,

Your soft,

Tender belly,

Allowing your fingers to trace gently,

Softly,

Moving their way up your front body to your torso,

Moving to your sides,

Running both hands and fingers up the sides of your body and to the front,

Massaging your chest gently,

Softly.

What is sitting just underneath your skin,

Waiting to be discovered?

Drop your left hand to your side and with your right hand,

Gently trace along your left collarbone to your left shoulder,

Allowing your left hand to trace along your left collarbone to your left shoulder.

Trace your fingers down your left arm,

Your biceps underneath into your elbow crease,

Your forearm,

Your hands.

And as you get down to your hands,

Allow your right fingers to trail over your left,

Swapping over and allowing the left fingers to trail over the right fingers,

The back of the hand,

The palm,

Up your wrist,

The forearm.

Again,

Discovering what lays underneath the skin,

What secrets,

What knowledge,

What wisdom,

What pain,

What stories.

Allow whatever comes to come to you as you move the fingers up,

Trailing over the right upper arm,

The shoulder.

Take both hands,

Trail them over your shoulders and up into your neck behind your ears,

Along the jawline,

Under the jaw and down the throat.

Just allowing.

Drop your arms to your side,

Standing tall,

Breathe deeply and ask,

Where did I feel most disconnected?

Intuitively,

You will know.

Do not second guess yourself.

Move your hands to that area right now.

One hand on top of the other.

Breathe deeply in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

And now,

Where your hands are sitting,

Direct your breath directly underneath your hands,

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Allowing.

Again,

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

One more breath and then we will speak.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

And now declare right here,

I feel disconnected.

Repeat,

Right here,

I feel like nothing works.

Right here,

I am not myself.

Right here,

I am nothing.

Drop your hands to your side.

Allow,

Allow,

Allow.

Concentrate on your breathing,

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

And now,

As you breathe in again,

In through the nose and out through the mouth,

On our out breath,

We are going to drop to the floor again.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth and drop yourself to the floor.

Hands folded over,

Hands to the floor.

Hang here for a moment and listen to the next instructions.

As you hang here,

Breathe deeply.

Your next instructions will be to run your fingers up the front of your body on the in breath.

Hands coming to the heart,

Holding for a moment and breathing out with a whoosh and throwing your hands in the air,

Opening them up,

Opening the throat,

Looking to the sky.

The next movement will be to bring the hands down on the inhale,

Back to the heart space,

Hold and whoosh the air out as you fold yourself back.

Hands to the earth.

When you are ready,

Let's begin.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Begin to run your fingers up your front body,

All the way up into your heart space,

Hand over hand on the heart space,

Hold.

Now breathe all the way out with a whoosh,

Throwing the hands up over your head and opening them out.

Look up to the sky and breathe deeply again,

Bringing those arms back through the front body onto the heart space,

Hold and whoosh out through the mouth,

Arms,

Fingers,

Bringing you back to the earth.

We will repeat this three more times.

I will give very little instruction.

Feel into your body,

Feel your own rhythm.

Let us begin,

Breathing in,

Hold the heart,

Breathe all the way out to the sky,

Breathe in to the heart,

Hold,

Breathe out to the floor,

In to the heart,

Hold,

Out to the sky,

Opening,

Breathing in back to the heart,

Hold,

Breathing out to the ground.

One more time,

In to the heart,

Hold,

Out to the sky,

Opening,

In to the heart,

Hold,

Out to the ground.

Allow yourself to gently come back to standing,

Feeling the energy,

The movement,

The tapas,

The heat that has been generated.

Invite any movement into your body that you feel necessary.

When you are ready,

Taking two fingers and tapping on your high heart and repeat after me.

I now choose to immerse myself in deep awareness.

I choose deep communion with my soul and with the world around me.

I allow this divine energy to flow easily.

I know that I am this divine energy.

I know myself as God.

I know that I am limitless.

I am everything.

Taking the palm of your hand and placing it on your heart chakra,

Eyes closed,

Breath deepened.

Think,

Feel,

Sense or imagine a golden orb of light in your heart,

Breathing deeply into this golden light,

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth and thinking,

Feeling,

Sensing,

Imagining this orb of light growing like a column,

Moving upwards through your throat,

Your third eye,

Your crown and into the heavens as far and as infinite as it can go.

And this beam of light moves downwards also through your solar plexus,

Your sacral chakra,

Your base chakra,

All the way down deep,

Deep into the earth,

As far as it can go,

As limitless as you are.

This golden column of light through your central column,

Connecting you,

Your chakras to the sky above and the earth below,

You are so connected.

Take a moment to ask in this energy,

Everything and nothing,

You are all of it.

Feel yourself expanded into this paradox.

Drop your hand to your side.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Bring your hands into prayer position at your heart.

Bow your head in gratitude to yourself for showing up,

For being brave enough.

Thank you so much for joining me on this practice.

Without breath,

I'm going to take a deep breath in without breaking state too much.

You may like to sit down now,

Take your journal and write down whatever has come up for you.

I will leave you in this infiniteness.

Thank you so much for joining me.
