Soham or Sohum (सो ऽहम् so'ham) is a Hindu mantra, meaning "I am" in Sanskrit. This version was taught to me by Ricci-Jane Adams. I love how it starts off gentle, then amps up, so that you want to dance and then slows down again. This is a short 7min version of the chant. I encourage you to get up and MOVE your body, embrace all that you are. Dance, and embrace "I am that I am that I am" with this joyous chant.

Absolutely beautiful and joyful. I feel uplifted, energised, and deeply connected. Thank you. This will become a regular part of my daily practice and a go to tool when I need to raise my vibration 🙏💕

This was divine and exactly what I needed to hear. Leandras voice is on point. During part of the mantra I wanted to clap and rejoice and towards the end I felt so much peace and connection to my heart. Thank you!
