Transcript

Welcome to the intuitive intelligence micro method.

This practice can be used at any time when you are feeling anxiety,

Stress or fear in any form including physical symptoms.

It is also a way to support the integration of your method session.

When you notice the stressful or anxiety-ridden thought or you are experiencing pain or discomfort in your body,

Notice it.

Notice where it sits.

Now rate that stressful thought or physical symptom on a scale of one to ten.

Ten being the most intense.

Our aim is to bring that number down with the micro method.

Now if you are safe to do so,

Close down your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Letting it go out through your mouth with an audible sigh.

Maintain a slightly extended breath.

Breathing in for four counts and out for six counts.

Take your attention to the center of your chest.

Place two fingers at your heart chakra.

Now ask silently or out loud.

What is the dominant fear in this situation?

What is deeper than this physical pain or anxiety?

The answer will be brief and succinct and it will make itself known to you in an instant.

You will see,

Hear,

Feel or know the answer.

It will be brief.

One word,

An image,

A sound or a short phrase.

Now,

There are two choices.

If you are still in a state of fear,

Or your physical and symptoms are still intense,

Turn your attention to feelings of compassion for your fear.

See it like a hurt little child that is begging for love.

Imagine yourself embracing your fear and be deeply compassionate to it.

Feel that same deep compassion for yourself,

For facing this fear,

For not running from it.

And you're willingness now to release it.

You can also think of this as gratitude.

Gratitude for the fear guiding you back to your truth.

Gratitude for your courage and gratitude for what is on the other side of this fear.

You must give yourself over to this feeling with your whole being.

Stay focused on it with laser-like precision on these feelings of compassion and gratitude for this fear.

Let it build.

Allow this feeling to expand in you with as much intensity as possible.

And we will move into the silence now.

Keep bringing your mind back,

Lovingly returning it to that gratitude and compassion for yourself and for the fear which is trying so lovingly to guide you to a higher purpose.

Now,

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Filling the belly.

Hold and release with a sigh.

Let your breathing return back to normal.

Look around for that fear,

That stressful thought or physical symptom that you rated on a scale of 1 to 10.

When you find it,

Rate it again.

Know that this number,

Like the fear,

Will come to you in an instant.

If the number is above 2,

Go back into that feeling state of gratitude and compassion.

You may notice that your number comes down slowly or quickly.

Each is perfect.

You can repeat that feeling state up to two more times.

We want to bring that number down to 2 or below.

And when we have,

We can gently bring your consciousness back into this moment.

Inhale in through the nose and let it go out through the mouth.

Feel into that expanded and open state that comes when we have met and released subconscious fear.

Feel that blessing moving all through your physical body,

That feeling of freedom.

Bring some gentle movement back into your fingers and your toes.

And when you're ready,

Gently blink open your eyes.
