GP02-Remembering Your Innocent Body (Human Design)
by Drew Givens
Use this when you notice your mind running the show and want to remember your body is the real decision-maker. It’s for looping on decisions, seeking others’ answers, feeling numb or confused, or wanting a gentle, body-based way to meet your Human Design inner authority. For a full session, sit or lie down safely for 20–25 minutes, ideally with bare feet on the floor or earth and a small cup of water or cacao or a comforting object nearby. For a lighter walking version, keep your eyes open, stay aware of your surroundings, and use only simple feet, breath, and gentle noticing. You may feel more aware of your body’s subtle yes, no, and “not yet,” with less urgency and pressure on your mind. Sometimes there’s clear guidance; sometimes it’s just 5–10 percent more trust in your own signals—and that’s enough.
