Welcome.
If you're here,
There's a good chance that some part of you has been thinking,
Why does everything feel so strange right now?
Maybe your career stopped making sense.
Maybe your body's more sensitive than ever.
Maybe systems and structures you used to trust feel wobbly or even antagonistic.
This session is a place to exhale and to hear,
From a human design perspective,
That you're not broken and you're not imagining it.
You're living at the very end of one long collective story and right at the edge of another.
In this time together,
You'll hear a simple explanation of what's changing in the background of our collective life,
Why so many people feel anxious,
Exhausted,
Or done with the old way,
And a few grounded ways to support your nervous system as you navigate this in-between.
If it feels safe,
You might soften your eyes,
Let your shoulders drop a little,
And allow your breath to deepen.
You don't have to do anything with this information.
Just listen and notice what resonates.
Global Cycles in Human Design Explained Simply.
In human design,
There's an idea called global cycles.
You can think of them like very long seasons for humanity,
Eras where a particular theme shapes how our societies organize,
What we value,
And what feels normal.
For the last few hundred years,
We've been living in a cycle called the cross of planning.
You can feel its fingerprint everywhere.
Big institutions and systems that promise support if you follow the rules.
Ideas like,
Get a stable job,
Pay into the system,
Be a good citizen,
And you'll be taken care of.
The belief that if we plan well enough,
Organize well enough,
Optimize hard enough,
We can keep everyone safe.
This has brought incredible things.
Advances in medicine and technology,
Large-scale cooperation and infrastructure,
Shared agreements that let millions of strangers function together.
And yet,
Right now,
You might feel those promises are cracking.
Institutions feel less reliable.
Many people sense that doing everything right no longer guarantees safety or fulfillment.
According to human design,
This isn't random.
We're approaching the end of cross of planning and moving toward a new background frequency often described as the Sleeping Phoenix,
A shift emphasized around 2027.
You don't have to believe any of this literal prophecy for it to be useful.
You can simply hold it as a story that helps make sense of what your body already knows.
The old bargain is dissolving.
The old way of organizing life no longer fits.
And if you're sensitive,
Awake,
Or just paying attention,
You feel this deeply.
What this looks and feels like in real life.
So,
What does this shift actually feel like inside a human nervous system,
Inside your day-to-day life?
For many people,
It shows up as exhaustion with systems.
You might notice less tolerance for bureaucracies,
Corporate structures,
Or roles that used to feel fine.
Things that once seemed normal now feel draining or even absurd.
Identity cracks.
Who you thought you were,
Your job,
Your role in the family,
Your responsibilities,
May feel less solid.
You might think,
I built my whole life on this.
Why doesn't it fit anymore?
Hypersensitivity.
More sensitivity to noises,
Screens,
To certain people or environments.
Crowded spaces that used to be okay might suddenly feel overwhelming.
Anxiety and future fog.
Plans that used to feel clear now feel fuzzy.
Long-term strategies feel less trustworthy.
It's hard to picture where all of this is going.
From a human design lens,
This is what it can look like to live through a collective transition.
You're standing with one foot in the world of cross-a-planning,
Where the mind,
Strategy,
And large systems are central,
And one foot on the threshold of a new era that emphasizes individual truth,
Self-sourcing,
And a different kind of spiritual awareness.
Your body's trying to adapt to a background that no longer promises,
Do this and you'll be safe within the group.
Instead,
The whisper becomes,
You will need to know yourself.
You will need to trust an inner authority that doesn't always match the old rules.
That sounds like a lot.
It is.
And this is why it can feel so strange,
So destabilizing,
And also,
Underneath,
Mysteriously hopeful.
Reframing plus practical anchors.
Let's reframe a few of those experiences and then offer some ways to anchor yourself.
Reframe one.
Your sensitivity is not a flaw.
If you feel too sensitive for the world right now,
You may actually be correctly calibrated to what's real.
Rather than seeing your reactions as over-reactions,
Try holding them as signals.
Your system telling you what environments,
People,
And rhythms are aligned with who you're becoming,
And which of those things are asking you to betray yourself.
Reframe two.
Your exhaustion might be honest.
So much of the old era depends on pushing beyond our bodies.
Productivity over presence.
Strategy over truth.
Obligation over inner guidance.
If you're tired,
It may be because you can't power the old machine anymore.
Not because you're weak.
Reframe three.
Not knowing is appropriate.
In a transition,
Clarity about the entire future is rare.
What becomes more important is learning to sense the next correct step,
Rather than locking in a 10-year plan.
Now,
Some anchors you can use this week.
One.
Daily body check-in.
Two to three minutes.
Once a day,
Pause and ask,
How does my body feel right now?
On a scale of 1 to 10,
How resourced do I feel?
Is there one tiny adjustment I can make toward comfort or honesty?
This could be drinking water,
Stepping outside,
Saying no to one thing,
Or lying down for three minutes.
Two.
One genuine no,
And one genuine yes,
Each week.
The new era asks for inner authority.
Practice with small things.
Say no to one obligation that feels heavy and misaligned.
Say yes to one thing that feels nourishing,
Even if it seems unproductive.
Over time,
This builds trust in your own guidance system.
Name the era aloud.
When you feel overwhelmed,
You can tell yourself,
Of course this is intense.
I'm living through the end of an old collective story.
My nervous system is allowed to feel this.
Sometimes,
Simply naming the context reduces this shame and isolation.
You don't have to fix the world.
You don't have to fix yourself.
Your work is to become more honest with your own body,
Your own energy,
Your own truth,
Inside this very unusual moment in history.
Integration and Invitation.
Take a moment now to notice how you're feeling after hearing all this.
Is there a part of you that feels seen or a little less alone?
Is there one sentence or image from this talk that you want to carry with you today?
Let your breath deepen again.
If it feels okay,
You might place a hand on your chest,
Or your belly,
Or anywhere that feels comforting.
You're not behind.
You're not failing.
You're a human being living at the edge of a global shift in consciousness,
Doing your best to adapt.
What you heard today resonates.
You're welcome to explore more of this territory through practices that support your nervous system,
Teachings about inner authority,
And spaces where you can unpack what it means to live between eras.
For now,
Notice one small kind action you can take for yourself in the next hour.
Something that honors the sensitivity,
Intelligence,
And courage it takes to be alive right now.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes or come back to the room around you.
Thank you for sharing this time and this transition.
