I Can push through I Am capable of this I Acknowledge that I don't want to I Acknowledge all of my feelings I I Acknowledge all of the reasons that tell me I shouldn't push through But I accept that I must Right now I have to do this I Am capable of this I can dig deep I Can find the well of effort within me I Acknowledge this is hard I Admit that I'd prefer to rest and relax I Know myself well I only push through when I absolutely have to I'm good at looking after myself I'm good at knowing when to say yes,

And when to say no Right now I need to say yes So I'm going to push through I'm comfortable with this I Will do the right thing I Will rest later I I Will celebrate my effort with some kind of reward I Will enjoy the feeling of accomplishment I receive when I'm done In this way I honor myself I Can push through I am capable of this I Acknowledge that I don't want to I Acknowledge all of my feelings I Acknowledge all of the reasons that tell me I shouldn't push through But I accept that I must Right now I have to do this I am capable of this I Can dig deep I Can find the well of effort within me I I acknowledge.
