Let's talk about your light body.
When we talk about the light body,
We talk about the source,
The filling up of love.
We imagine this to be pure white or violet light.
So imagine above your head there is a beam gently glowing down and filling you up.
This is your light body.
It fills you up and it overflows from your heart.
Waves of your light body come traveling down from the universe.
And as you breathe,
Breathe your light body in and breathe your light body out.
You may think of words such as love,
Kindness,
Courage,
God,
Or spirit on the in-breath.
Love,
Kindness,
Courage.
God,
Source on the out-breath.
It's absolutely up to you.

Breathe in your light body.

Feel your light body flowing over the crown of your head.
In a gentle glowing light just flowing through you.
Let your crown,
Your brows,
Your lips and eyes fall away.
Drop your ears and go deeper.

Breathe in gently and in.

Hold it,
And out.

Relax.
Now move down the base of your neck.
Roll the light over your shoulders.
Let them fall away like feathers.
Go deeper.
Release your chest.
Loosen your heart,
Your arms,
And your hands.
Feel the vibration of your fingertips.
Go deeper.
Let's breathe again.
Real deep right into your belly.
Feel it all the way up.

Focus on the bottoms of your feet.
Visualize them glowing with pure white or violet light.
Ready to connect to the earth I am.
Turn on your imagination.
Breathe normal.
Just be right there in your body.
Kind of float just above it.
Observe yourself.
There you go.

Now imagine roots growing up from the earth.
They're stretching and growing around your ankles.
They're wrapping around your legs and your waist.
They're fixing you safely and securely to Mother Earth.
See yourself wrapped in roots,
Surrounded by warm,
Beautiful,
Cool soil,
Breathing in and out.
In and out.
Feel the earth's heartbeat in rhythm with yours.
It's warm.
It's moist.
See yourself.
Look out from the stratosphere as you plant your body in the garden of creation and healing.
Where's your white light?
Is it still beaming down?
Is it still filling you up?
Breathe that white light in and go deeper.
