This powerful practice involves asking empowering questions and listening for the answers, inspired by Michael Beckwith’s Life Visioning. There are some subtle binaural tones embedded. There is also a full 2 minutes of silent meditation towards the end before the closing comments. This is a fantastic practice, I hope you will enjoy this.
