Sometimes our inspiration comes from what we see in nature,

In the beauty of life,

In ideas that come to us during meditation,

During contemplation,

And in allowing your mind to be open,

To invite in your source of creative thought,

Wisdom,

Ideas from the divine.

For a time,

Choose a comfortable place,

Posture,

Where you can gaze with eyes open,

Where you can be attentive to the inspiration that is all around you.

You may wish to lie with eyes gazing upward to the sky,

To witness cloud formations in motion,

Or to gaze at a scene that evokes for you a positive and soothing feeling,

Perhaps even a feeling of excitement,

Energy uplifted,

And joy.

Sometimes it may be helpful to close your eyes to allow for spontaneous impressions to flow.

There is only inspiration to be found when you are in search of it.

With eyes open or closed,

Witness your presence in this moment.

Witness your breath here.

Let it be a source of contentment to be in the presence of this moment.

To allow yourself open space in which to revel in.

To breathe.

A breath to imagine.

Whether you are looking outward or with eyes closed,

Follow your gentle in-breath and out-breath.

Out-breath.

All that you have to do to experience the presence of this moment is be.

Simply be present.

Witness this moment.

Simply be present.

Simply be present.

Be open to what inspired thoughts,

Ideas,

And impressions come to you.

Follow the flow of breath into and out from your being.

Use your senses to take in the information to be present to this moment.

Be open to what inspired thoughts,

Allow your mind to be open,

Inviting.

Being witness to what you see,

To what comes to you.

Allow ideas to flow,

Thoughts to arise.

Take everything in.

You may choose to not dwell on the thoughts of your mind,

But simply to observe them.

And then to let them go.

You may wish to remain open to the ideas and impressions that impress upon your heart.

That inspire.

That inspire.

That excite.

That soothe.

Sometimes your practice of daydream and imagination will reveal stillness and calm,

Reminding you of the beauty of presence in each moment.

Other times you will be inspired by the ideas and heartfelt impressions that are witnessed as a creative or inspired notion,

And perhaps not one that you typically experience.

Be here.

Be witness to your creative mind and your intuitive wisdom.

Be thankful for this time.

As your mind is open,

You may also think about what answers you are in search of.

Be open to what inspires you.

And to ask for these now.

Being attentive to what you receive.

Find your breath often.

Return to it.

This is how you hold presence in the beauty of this moment.

Be open to what inspires you.

This is how you quiet your mind to witness the deeper aspects of you.

To witness the impressions of insight and inspired consciousness.

To imagine.

To daydream.

Be here for a time longer.

With breath.

With openness.

With presence.
