In this moment,

Focus on relaxing and relaxing.

Relaxing your body.

Get yourself in a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Now take a moment to make any adjustments to make yourself more comfortable.

And take a soothing,

Deep breath and exhale.

Just let your soothing breath enter and exit easily and effortlessly.

Take another soothing,

Deep breath and exhale.

Breathing is an essential and effective way for the body to calm itself.

Take another deep breath and go a little deeper into the base of your abdomen and exhale slowly.

Notice your breath going in and out.

Again,

Breathe a little deeper still as your body gets used to this rhythm.

Notice the natural flow of energy calmly moving in and out of you.

As you feel yourself relaxing,

Notice what areas are relaxed and which are not.

Just observe it for now.

Now start by feeling your body relaxing as you take your next breath.

Now imagine a peaceful light and a cleansing energy entering through the top of your head.

Feel it move down through your torso and your limbs.

Let this cleansing light surround your heart.

Breathe in loving and healing energy into your heart.

Feel it.

When you focus on your breathing,

It only takes a moment to reconnect with yourself.

From this moment on,

You breathe deeply whenever your body or mind feels tense.

You find that deep breathing relaxes your body.

From this moment on,

You find that deep breathing clears your mind and nourishes your spirit.

You take time to focus on what matters most.

From this moment on,

You allow time daily to nurture yourself.

Your breath will relax you.

Your breath will center you.

Your breath will calm you.

And your breath will sustain you.

Breathe in deeply and feel your life force energy and your powerful presence.

You can come back to this calming experience whenever you choose.

Now it's time to come back to this present time,

This existing place.

Slowly and easily,

You bring yourself back into a conscious awareness.

As you are coming back,

You breathe deeply again and feel relaxed.

And as you become more present,

Your body,

Mind,

And spirit is filled with vigor and confidence.

When you are ready,

You ever so gently open your eyes.
