Someone asked me today, what do you do when the threat that you are facing is real, such as when you know you are facing the loss or the loss of someone you love and there is not talking yourself out of the fear you fear? It’s not about talking yourself out of the fear or the grief or whatever you are feeling. It’s actually about bringing what you thinking and feeling into conscious awareness. Conscious awareness dissolves the self-defeating attitude that fear generates.
